Stunning home in Watersound with views of lake and Gulf! This Nantucket styled home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media room/loft.
Only 7 minutes walk to the beach, this gorgeous cottage is seconds away from Camp Creek Lake, which is perfect for kayaking.
Watersound is a private neighborhood on 30-A, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This gated development is on the south side of 30-A, across from Camp Creek Golf Course. It is only a 30 minute drive from Destin or Panama City, and just a bike ride away from restaurants and shops in Seagrove, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.
We encourage you to take advantage of the sidewalks and bike trails in the area, so we offer bike rentals for all ages. Also, you will have the opportunity to attend The Pickos Ski and Wakeboard School - the world leader in water ski/wakeboard vacations and instruction. Our house is 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, and can sleep between 8-12 people. The house has 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
First level has one bedroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and living room with a gas fireplace. There are hardwood floors throughout the house.
The second level includes two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large walk in closet. This level also has a study with internet access.
The third story loft or media room has plenty of seating, an entertainment center and bar area.
