Fully equipped kitchen, including appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes and glasses. Full use of Olympic style swimming, pool right outside your door with extreme privacy. Large upstairs bedroom with king size bed and full Jacuzzi bathroom tub.
There are one additional bed and two sofas on the ground floor for extra sleeping arrangement as well as a half bathroom. There is also Wi-Fi and direct DSL internet access. You also have two televisions with full cable channels to choose from with VCR.
You are less than one mile area to the beach and deep water fishing marina. You are walking distance to two Championship Golf course, out door amphitheater, and a private airfield. Also, the Goodyear Blim is five block away. Also close to great restaurants.
You will relax and unwind the moment you arrive. If you love the beach, swimming, long walks, roller blade, long walks-you will love this home. A great place for families, or couples vacationing together.

This home our my primary residence with a a two story cottage, (which we call, "Su Casa"),in the rear of the home. Our home is immaculate and we love to share it with our friends and guest. We have been living in Pompano Beach for the last 16 years.

Some of the unique benifits of staying at "Su Casa" is that we are surrounded by all types of recreational activities like, jogging and roller blade track, two 18 hole golf course,tennis courts, the beach, fishing charters,to include deep sea diving, an Amphitheather, a large assortment of Resturants and Spots Bar and all types of parks & recreational activities just walking distance away. The Goodyear Blimp is also home base nearby and it too, is just walking distance from the cottage. You will have exclusive use of the pool, hot tub and patio area for your own private enjoyment.
If you enjoy flying and want to take a lessons or just a introductorily flught, with a certified flight instructor, this is the place for you.
This is one of the thre location all the country where the goodyear blimp is located.
This park is one block east from the cottage. You can take your child to the play ground for some added fun.

I live with my wife and two dogs, Papo & Chocolate, which are a English Bulldog and miniature Shar Pai.
