This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home is located in the Indian Palms Canyon Country Club, offering 27 Holes of Golf and 5 Lighted Tennis Courts on site, as well as a state-of-the-art Fitness Center. The Home is also close to the numerous Golf Courses in the La Quinta/Indian Wells area, including PGA West. The House is fully-furnished with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful Desert Oasis.
Enjoy the large beautiful Resort-like backyard, complete with Saltwater Pebbletec Beach-entry pool with Rock Waterfall and a Spa which spills over into the large pool area providing a tranquil atmosphere. Plantation Shutters and Tile Flooring are throughout the house.
The Master Suite has 2 Queen beds, Television, a walk-in closet, and a Private Bath with separate Tub and Shower. The 2nd Bedroom across from main bathroom has a Double and Twin bed. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 double beds. There are Ceiling Fans in almost every room.
There is a Two-car Garage, with separate storage area for all the pool toys, rafts, volleyball nets, games, etc.
Your private resort has great Mountain Views and is located close to many great amenities. It is located within 1/4 mile of the Empire Polo grounds where the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Valley Festivals are held. Other close by venues include the Indian Wells Tennis Center, PGA West, LG Course, site of the Skins Game, and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.

The listed amenities were not as advertised. It was not clean and many things (eg. spa, electronics, furnishings, kitchen items) were broken or missing. The owner was uncooperative in repairing or replacing advertised amenties. Our security deposit was not returned even though we left it in better condition than when we arrived. The yard and house were infested with flies, perhaps from the nearby polo facility. I would not recommend this property to anyone. beware. This is an unbiased account based on our actual experience.Owner response: Been renting out this property for 4 years, and this was the only tenant we had a problem with. She was very hard to please, she left the place a mess with dead poinsettias all over the backyard,christmas tree lights in our palm trees, the pool was full of all the leaves from the dead poinsettias, not to mention she left 22 bags of trash in the garage. All of our renters have been quite pleased with our property, it is professionally cleaned after each guest. All amenities listed are on the property and everything is in perfect working order, with no complaints from any other guest.

Great back yard with the Palapa"s, Pool, & spa. Owner was friendly and easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Palms:
After renting for several years in the Palm Springs area, we rented this home after a wonderful warm winter in the Desert we decided to buy this desert oasis. We love the back yard, the pool area is exquisit. The outdoor kitchen is great for entertaining, or just flipping burgers for the family.
The kitchen is open to the great room and the bedrooms are comfortable.
Everything about this house invites fond memories.
