The large yard also has two Palapas, one is lighted, with Built-in barbeque, Outdoor Refrigerator, Electric/TV outlets and a Bar area. Just beyond that is your own Private Putting green to practice your golf. Finally, enjoy relaxing in the evening by the Outdoor Firepit and take in the beautifully lit pool and outdoor landscape.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, and the open floor plan is great for entertaining. The living room has a 50" Television with a great Surround-Sound system, with DVD player, CD player, as well as Built-in Outdoor Speakers on the patio. Plantation Shutters and Tile Flooring are throughout the house.
The Master Suite has 2 Queen beds, Television, a walk-in closet, and a Private Bath with separate Tub and Shower. The 2nd Bedroom across from main bathroom has a Double and Twin bed. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 double beds. There are Ceiling Fans in almost every room.
There is a Two-car Garage, with separate storage area for all the pool toys, rafts, volleyball nets, games, etc.

The listed amenities were not as advertised. It was not clean and many things (eg. spa, electronics, furnishings, kitchen items) were broken or missing. The owner was uncooperative in repairing or replacing advertised amenties. Our security deposit was not returned even though we left it in better condition than when we arrived. The yard and house were infested with flies, perhaps from the nearby polo facility. I would not recommend this property to anyone. beware. This is an unbiased account based on our actual experience.
Owner response:Been renting out this property for 4 years, and this was the only tenant we had a problem with. She was very hard to please, she left the place a mess with dead poinsettias all over the backyard,christmas tree lights in our palm trees, the pool was full of all the leaves from the dead poinsettias, not to mention she left 22 bags of trash in the garage. All of our renters have been quite pleased with our property, it is professionally cleaned after each guest. All amenities listed are on the property and everything is in perfect working order, with no complaints from any other guest.
