Santa Fe holds a special alchemy for the creative process as well as spiritual pilgrimidge....both are very important to us. Our home is full of artworks from Taos Talent Todd Winters and Inuit stencils from the artic circle. We love the location with it's eclectic neighborhood of both the really old and the new...and the ease of walking everywhere. Both of us are also involved in Hospice & our work is focused on the empowerment of the dying. The Goal is to move from this world into the next consciously and without fear.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Historical Downtown
Ease of access to everything!! Love the ambiance of the eclectic neighborhood and the proximity of the Farmers Market and Railyard area. We looked for over a year and kept coming back to this neighborhood. This area gives us the old Santa Fe we've known for decades, closeness to shopping and dining, walk to farmers market and summer plaza events. Wonderful weather with 4 full seasons. We hope to retire there full time in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house in Santa Fe and will definitely stay here again. The house is very clean and inviting and it is conveniently located to the plaza, the Railyard and lots of the amenities Santa Fe has to offer. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day skiing. The patio would be great a little later in the spring or fall. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made the arrangements easy.

I wanted to tell others about this wonderful place. I am not a comfortable person staying in other locations other than my own home but when we stayed here I felt, I was at home!!! It has a unique Zen like quality that I dearly love. From the first moment I stepped in the door. I know it was going to be great. I was so looking forward to staying here again this year. I'd had a stressful several months so I knew relaxing time was near. And it was so needed. I love all the fine details of the linens, the art, the furniture and the care Rebecca gives us. So if you want a calm to come over your spirit...Stay here!

This is a beautiful home -- the photos do not do it justice -- it is MUCH prettier in person. Not only would/will we stay here again, we would love to live here!!! Out of all the places my husband and I looked at, I let him make the final choice and he chose this one and I'm so glad he did. It is a very big two story townhome that is beautifully decorated and very warm and cozy. You feel like you are in a house and it seems much bigger than the square footage indicates -- it has a great layout. The den/family room area has three sitting areas, plus the dining area so it is a great place to spread out and be comfortable. The place is also super clean, especially the bathrooms, which I'm very particular about. The appliances looked brand new, as did all the tvs. No need to bring any bedtime reading material -- the owner has left books and magazines from which to choose and has a big red book with local area attractions and her favorite places. (Her choice for New Mexican food was so good we went there three nights -- and it's within walking distance.) It is close to everything -- a quick drive to a gym for my hubby, walking to the Railyard, and had I not just had surgery on my knee before arriving there, we would have walked to The Plaza. After a long day the jacuzzi tub was really nice. It's also great that she has a desk area that's set up like a little den so my hubby could do a few conference calls for work there, and I could be downstairs reading. I'm assuming that if you are reading this you're looking to visit Santa Fe, which I highly recommend because it's one of the most wonderful places we've ever been -- and staying at this townhome made it that much more special. We can't wait to go back. It gets an A++++!!!

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at this adobe home in April. The location is super. We walked to the Railyard Park which includes Santa Fe Farmers market and Artists market, and Zia Diner. There is other restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It is also a great location for traveling around town, close to major roads. The home is furnished beautifully. Very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks to Rebecca for making this such a lovely home to spend time in a great city.

Just like the photos portray and more! Clean, quiet and cozy yet feels large and roomy with four comfortable sitting areas on the main level. We four gals moved into this charming 2 bedroom home from the larger condo next door for the last three days of our Santa Fe Reunion. I was very comfortable in the second bedroom upstairs with its new mermaid beds. The front entranceway was perfect for my cup of tea and a good book. The furniture is very comfortable for sitting and sleeping, Of special note is the sitting area off the kitchen with an entrance into the courtyard garden. Having enjoyed walking to local areas earlier in the week, we opted to drive to a hillside spa for a relaxing evening in a private hot pool with sauna and cold pool under the stars surrounded by juniper trees. Massage also available. Simply Heavenly!! Coming home to this condo is like stepping into your own private sanctuary- a wonderful place for reflection and inspiration as well as enjoying Santa Fe decor. The artwork is all beyond the quality offered in most five star hotels. I also spent an afternoon on the plaza walking through the galleries and outdoor stands with paintings, jewelry, carvings, and wearable creations made by local artisans. One day we drove further out to a well known church and chapel where miracles are known to occur. On our final evening, after a light meal prepared from local produce purchased at the farmers' market, we walked to a nearby theatre for a marvelous one woman show that would benefit a community organization. Lovely to have so many wonderful options so near this location. The festive lights in the condo courtyard add a touch of warmth and a feeling of connection while maintaining a sense of privacy. Rarely have I found a place that has absolutely everything I might want - exactly where I would like it - this condo has it all!

My brother and I stayed at this lovely house during Santa Fe Fiesta in September 2010. Everything was perfect. The location of the house was convenient to everything and the house was simply beautifully furnished, comfortable, and really quiet. The owner of this home was a delight to work with and everything about this experience was positive. I will definitely stay here again when in Santa Fe.

This townhome is beautifully furnished with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Several comfortable seating areas on the first floor. The kitchen is very well equipped. The home is very well located for walking to the Railyard Area and downtown. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to the downtown area.

My mother and I and four other girlfriends spent a week in this home and found it absolutely lovely. The beds were comfy, including the two sofa beds. We had everything we needed..wi-fi, two and a half baths, whirlpool tub, big screen tvs..the location was fabulous..close to everything. After driving all over New Mexico each day, it was a treat to come home to such comfortable surroundings. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. The owner is extremely hospitable and very helpful. We had a fantastic time!!! We can't wait to go back.
