Gorgeous, fully furnished home in beautiful Palm Valley. Located in a gated community which surrounds two golf courses and is minutes away from dozens more.
Our home is so comfortable, you wont want to leave. You don't need a thing as we have everything you need. The family room has a 42 inch flat-screen TV with surround sound with speakers in different areas of the house and back porch. The master bedroom has its own sliding door to the back porch. There is a second bed room with a queen bed and a den with a convertible bed that converts into two singles or one king. Our kitchen has maple cabinets with all stainless steel appliances. The back faces the 9th tee box on Palm Valley golf course (The Palms course).
Sit on the back porch and enjoy the good life as golfers pass by. We have our own gas grill on the patio or enjoy the beautiful community pool complete with gas grills about a two minute walk away. We are within three minutes to the golfcourse clubhouse and all the shopping you can think of. Loads of corporate and private restaurants and pubs in the area all within ten minutes of home. Ex NBA allstar Dan Majerle of the Phoenix Suns has opened a new restaurant/sports bar just outside of our gate. We are close to the new Cardinal Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway and Goodyear Park. Only 25 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport on I10.

Why the Owner Chose Goodyear
We came to Goodyear in 2007 to watch our daughter play in a college golf tournament and fell in love with this area. It was such a beautiful place with so much to do, we immediately wanted to return to it. After a few months we decided to start looking for a home in this area. In the summer of 2008 we had found it. It was a home on a golf course in a beautiful gated community which was close to everything we loved. We knew that this house and location would make a perfect vacation home for our active lifestyle and also a great vacation rental for those like us.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Probably the most attractive benefit of this house is the beautiful area in which it is in. The entire Palm Valley area is so clean and well maintained it seems like pleasantville. Our home is at the end of a cultisac so there is no traffic noise. When you sit on the back patio, the only sounds you hear are pings of a golfer's tee shot on the 9th tee box. It is so enjoyable to sit out back around the fire pit with a cool drink and watch the golfers go by. When we want to go out, all our favorite places are all within 5 minutes of home.

Hi, we are Mary and Larry Lujan and live in Pueblo, Co. We have been married since 1977. My wife is an esthetician and I am the owner of a Carpet One flooring business. We love to travel and have been lucky enough to have seen many interesting places. We enjoy college and professional sports. Our favorite teams are the Denver Broncos and have now adopted the Arizona Cardinals. We have 2 sons and 1 daughter, all of whom play golf. Eventhough all our kids are grown, we are a very close family and do nearly everything together. We are a very active family that has very few dull moments.

The listing information and pictures were very accurate and helpful. The homeowner was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The home was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We were afraid Goodyear might be too far west to stay but it was actually a good location to get anywhere in the area. We really enjoyed our stay, renting a house is so much better than a hotel room!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We stayed at this home for a short term military deployment. The vicinity to shopping and Luke AFB is excellent and there is a park that was perfect for our one and three year old sons almost directly across the street from this home. We loved that the home is located in a cul-de-sac backing to the golf course and is in a gated community. It was so quiet! Every necessity is available for you to use to make your stay as comfortable as possible and communication with the owner was wonderful. We will definitely stay at this home if we are in Goodyear again!
