within five minutes walking distance of the Malecon - Esperanza's restaurant and shopping area. Also within five minutes walking are the lovely Sun Bay beach, tiendas (local grocery stores) and exceptional bakery.

Casa Magnolia has all the elements of a fine holiday with elegantly appointed rooms, fine linens and all amenities. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen and dining room with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at Casa Magnolia with another couple and had an amazing vacation. The house is beautiful and the caretaker Barbara makes everything so easy and comfortable. The house is in an ideal location and within walking distance to downtown Esperanza. It is great for going out on the town but the property is also excellent for staying in and enjoying the gazebo and patio area while firing up the gas grill. I would highly recommend a visit there any time of year.

  • Hi, I stayed at Casa Magnolia for a woderfull week. Casa magnolia reflects the tropical place you are staying in by it's wonderful tasteful decoration. It's luxsuriouse bedrooms and front room kitchen are all painted in vibrant colours. Awonderful Gazeabo out back to sit under and the place is spotlessly clean. a pleasure to stay at, lookforwds to areturn trip .

  • We just returned from spending a wonderful week in Casa Magnolia. The house is great and the owners have provided the renters with everything you need you have a wonderful vaction. The location is great.From the house you can walk to the waterfront where there is lots of fun to be had and for an extra charge you can rent a car from the owners that will get you to the beautiful beaches that are only a short drive away. I will be renting here again and I highly recommend it for people who want to vacation in a place that is still alittle off the beaten path.
