This beautiful 4600 sq foot private home (Snowcloud) in the exclusive enclave of Solamere in lower Deer Valley is the perfect place to stay for your ski vacation or summer getaway. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the short driveway leads you to a large two car garage. The entry to the house is through aspen and evergreen trees, and upon entry, you walk in to a double sided fireplace and enter one of the two living rooms with fireplaces off of the entry. The house has a large newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator and ice maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate formal dining room with Ty Loyola custom dining table, as well as an eat in kitchen table with a bay window and counter stools.
There are two master suites with king size beds and HD flat screens with DVD players and DirectTV, and 4 other bedrooms with 13 total beds. High quality linens are on all the beds. The bathrooms have all been recently remodeled with granite counters and a Jacuzzi tub. You will find bathroom amenities from Joseph Aboud in every bathroom with luxury snowcloud bathrobes. Wrap yourself up in the soft robe and walk outside to the hot tub in the private secluded back yard!
Downstairs there is a ski prep room and an entertainment center with a pool table and another directTV with very comfortable leather reclining couches. The home also has wireless internet access. Our home is a strict no smoking home. Daily maid service is included.
