Cross over a small wooden bridge and find "Creekwood Hollow" nestled in a shady hollow along with two to three other cabins. At this cabin you are literally right beside a bubbling, noisy creek. It has a beautiful sun room from which you can look out and see the creek below you. This creek is great for fishing and is calm enough for swimming and wading. The huge deck right on the creek is inspiration for family gatherings as well as relaxing soaks in the hot tub.
“Creekwood Hollow” is a completely refurbished, one of a kind cabin/cottage. It was built before there were restrictions as to how close you can build to the water, so when “brunching” in the sunroom you can look below you at the creek. Imagine lying on the daybed with the windows open, reading your book, listening to the creek babbling below you. The walls have hand painted, floral murals; the upstairs bed (head board/foot board) is made from a picket fence. This home has a real yard with lots of huge old trees; it is level with large, safe areas for the kids to play and dogs to explore. The hot tub sits on a huge deck that is only two feet from the water.
Creekwood Hollow is one-bedroom plus a loft, with the large private loft being used as a second bedroom. It has two bathrooms; one off the master bedroom, the other upstairs in the loft. In addition to the two bedrooms, the sun room has a day bed. This precious cottage is located in Murphy, North Carolina and is only ten minutes from downtown, and just fifteen minutes from Blue Ridge, Georgia. This cottage is approximately 1100 square feet and can accommodate two to six people.
We are convenient to stores and restaurants. Towns near by include: Blue Ridge (GA), Blairsville (GA), Ellijay (GA), Helen (GA), Dillard (GA), Hiawasee (GA), Murphy (NC), Copperhill (TN), Ducktown (TN).
