First of all I want to express how helpful the owner's were with all of my questions. Secondly, and most importantly the condo was BEAUTIFUL and EXACTLY what the description and pictures portray! I was skeptical but as soon as we opened the door we were thrilled. The view was breathtaking-you can actually sit on the couch and watch the dolphins swimming. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful place.

Our Vacation - 2010

Courtenay, thank you so much for renting to us last summer. We truly enjoyed our 2 weeks, one by ourselves, and the other with daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids. It was so relaxing, and the kids had a ball! Fishing right there on the beach was great for our son in law, and Cameron, our grandson. Stepping right onto the sand from your condo was great, my wife enjoyed not having to climb stairs. I wish we could return this summer but my wife had 3 surgeries for breast cancer plus our youngest daughter is getting married in Aug. We will keep your place in mind, a fabulous vacation, and great restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Thank you so much! Jim & Patty Sparks

third time renters: 2009 - 2010: We have had a wonderful time every time we have been to Anna Maria Island. The condo was perfect everything we needed. We watched dolphins and manatees in the Gulf. Sit on the wonderful patio. The weather was perfect every time we were there. Would recomend to anyone. Hope to be returning next year. Douglasville Ga. Bobby and Sandy

A week in Paradise

Everything at the condo was just perfect. I thought looking through the blinds at the water and sunset was wonderful. Hearing the water from the front bedroom, lulled me to sleep every night. The property was well maintained, and looked exactly as it does on the website. The owners are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.I would recommend 100%, I can't wait to go back this winter.

A piece of Heaven!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect! Just as advertised, only better! A true slice of paradise! You open the door, walk off the patio and you are in the sand and on your way to the beach! Sunsets from your own private patio, or enjoy them from the beach! Gorgeous condo, fully equipped, well maintained! Clean, quiet, a true retreat! I will be returning, for sure!! I would recommend this rental to anyone! You can go parasailing, swim in the warm gulf waters, watch dolphins swim by daily, dine on the patio, or take the FREE trolley,(that stops right out on the street), to visit Island eateries and attractions. I highly recommend this vacation rental! The owner provided everything one could possibly need, including privacy! There simply are no negatives. It was the best vacation, by far, that I have ever spent! I cannot wait to return to this Island Paradise!

Snow Bird Heaven

Location? Absolutely perfect!! Stunning views, right on the gulf, especially enjoyable at sunset while sitting at the patio table right outside the condo door. The accommodations were good, with the best feature besides the view being the washer/dryer, which got heavy use during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc., and has full size appliances. Wireless internet was a definite plus. The condo was clean and comfortable, although there is a definite need for privacy blinds in the master bedroom and living room - the thin roll up reed blinds there now allow anyone walking by at night to see inside if there is a light on inside. Overall, would I return? You bet!

Location...location...location! We've all heard that before, but this condo is truly worthy of that description! Endless sunshine, fantastic sunsets, and a gorgeous, uncrowded beach right outside your door await each guest! You can laze on the beach all day, or sit on the shady deck right outside your door overlooking the sand and surf where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets each night. Many opportunities are available for those who would like to charter a boat, rent a jet ski, or take a day trip. After a day at the beach, you can cook or grill at the condo, or try one of the many fabulous restaurants that are within walking distance! Many days went by without having to get in the car...that is truly a vacation! The owner of this fabulous unit treats everyone as guests in his home and makes sure that you have the basic household items to begin your stay. There is a large grocery down the street to pick up items you may need to make your stay more comfortable. The unit is thoughtfully appointed and can comfortably sleep 4 people. You can't go wrong choosing Shell Cove at Anna Maria Island as your destination! We can't wait to vacation there again.
