I love this area. Silverlake is amazing. It is easy to walk to shops and restaurants, from this property. Marie and Eric arranged that I was able to stay at the Bungalow that they have on the property and then I moved up to the Main House that they have because the dates were not available all the way through for me. The Bungalow was clean and is a brand new building. I really enjoyed the separate gardens that they have arranged on the property and I never saw any of the other guests that stayed there as well. It is very private. Everything was set up for me when I arrived. Checking in and checking out was easy as well. Since I travel a ton to Los Angeles, I will for sure come back here. Thanks again

My family stayed here for a week in July and were very happy with the standard of the bungalow and the location. We had a hire car, but we used the subway station a couple of times which was a 15 minute walk away. Communication with Eric and Marie before we arrived was excellent and I have no doubt they would have been on hand to help with anything during out stay, but we didn't require this. The bungalow is set behind another property on the same piece of land, but this was not a problem as there was ample car parking space, and we didnt see the people staying in the other property. We felt very safe in the house and surrounding area. We did not use the hot tub as we only in the accommodation at night, and my only negative thing to comment on was that the water looked a bit cloudy from sun tan lotion. There was no kettle in the bungalow, but everything else was provided which included towels, sheets, washing up liquid, soap etc. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definately recommend this accommodation to others. I hope to return to L.A and would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

A very nice place to stay

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The super-comfy bed and outdoor hot tub added a luxurious touch. The views from the back porch were stunning too. Our only minor issue was that we had a bit of trouble getting the TV to work initially. However, Marie was very friendly and helpful in getting it sorted out for us as soon as possible. We would definitely recommend staying here - it really is excellent value for money.

I loved staying here with my man. Eric and Marie were so pleasant to deal with. Anytime we needed anything they were so helpful. We stayed with them for 2 weeks on our vacation and they always gave us our privacy but when we needed them they were always available. This place has a beautiful little yard in the back, while you also have the breathtaking views over downtown. What I liked the most about this location is the access to everything. Since it is close to the 101 fwy, it takes 10 minutes to Hollywood, Universal Studios, 20 minutes to Santa Monica, and the beach. It is 5 minutes to downtown, and it is still a calm and relaxed neighborhood. We will come back. Thank you again for a pleasant stay.

Lovely, clean bungalow in a nice area of Silverlake, quiet and peaceful with a nice decking area to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. Good, comfortable bed, nice living area, small, but very efficient kitchen and decent sized bathroom. Easy access to 101 freeway. Eric and Marie greeted us and made us welcome, they gave us all the privacy we needed and it was no trouble for them to answer any of our queries. Would definitely book again, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Eric

had a perfect time at the bungalow, there was a coffee shop and newsagents near by to stock up with and the 10 bus stop which takes you along melrose. Its in a great location for anyone who might be interested in exploring the city via public transport - it can be done! the bungalow itself was very clean and decorated nicely, there was a lack of storage for those who like to unpack their suitcase more conservatively (leaving out or around my suitcase works fine for me) might find that a problem, but it shouldn't stop you from putting this on your list. Eric the landlord was very considerate and friendly, and the balance of privacy was perfect. Can't think of much more to say, but will be recommending to friends and if to ever return to, would happily rent this again!

Nada más llegar a la casa salieron dos personas de la parcela indicando que tenían alquilada la vivienda. Intentamos contactar con el propietario en vano. Dejamos mensajes en contestador pero no recibimos respuesta. Dos horas después, buscando otro alojamiento, volvimos a llamar por intentarlo de nuevo y nos respondió. Existen dos casas en la misma parcela y ésta está ubicada al fondo, tras la vivienda principal. Fueron muy amables y acudieron enseguida a enseñarnos la vivienda pero durante dos horas no nos atendieron. El wifi funcionó bien pero la tele no funcionó durante dos días, ni tampoco el jacuzzi. Una vez que les informarmos acudieron a arreglar la tele pero no pudieron hacer nada con el jacuzzi. La casa está bien y a pesar de ser pequeña está muy bien repartido el espacio. El sofá cama no es apto para dos adultos pero como tienen dos sofás se puede dormir un adulto en cada uno. En este caso hay que pedir ropa de cama extra porque no hay suficiente para ambos sofás. Dispone de lavadora y secadora y la cocina está bien equipada. Es una casa perfecta para una familia de 2 adultos y 1 o 2 niños.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo bungalow è stato molto piacevole. L'alloggio è comodo anche per 4 persone, ben curato e ben arredato. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante sia ad un passo da ogni servizio e dalle principali vie. Si raggiungono facilmente tutti i luoghi più caratteristici della città, sia naturalistici che urbani. Il panorama di downtown di notte è veramente fantastico, soprattutto se lo si guarda dall'idromassaggio! Marie è stata molto cortese e disponibile con noi. Mi piacerebbe tornarci! eva We have spent a very nice time at this bungalow! It's comfortable also for four persons, well-maintained and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite its proximity to every amenities and main streets. You can easily reach the most typical places, both natural and urban. The view of downtown at night is wonderful, specially if you are immersed in the whirlpool! Marie has been very friendly and helpful with us. I'd like to return! eva, from Treviso
