This beautiful and immaculate condo is located in the heart of Lake Placid within walking distance to town, restaurants and rinks. Only 8 miles to Whiteface. Olympic attractions such as speed skating oval, Olympic center, ski jumps, bobsled, Horse Show grounds, and luge are all close by.
This newer condo has wonderful mountain views, is fully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs has a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with two singles along with a full bath. The main level has a big kitchen with breakfast bar and open living area, gas fireplace, Cable TV, DVD player, with a half bath. The lower level has a full bath, laundry room, den with a queen size pull out couch, TV, Stereo, Playstation II (with games) and board games. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and gas fireplace.

I am a resident of NJ. We use this condo for ourselves and also rent it out to vacationers.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Placid
My husband and I decided that Lake Placid was the one place we could agree on for a second home. I am a figure skater and have many wonderful childhood memories of visting Lake Placid and the surrounding areas. My husband is a triathlete and has competed in the Lake Placid Ironman. We bith enjoy skiing at Whiteface in the winter.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is reasonably new and very very clean. It has a nice view of the mountain range and a view of Whiteface from the deck. We are also in one of the only complexes that is located close to town which makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping. We love it here!
