WOW!

The "wow factor" upon entering this amazing house is palpable! It was the perfect backdrop for my sister's milestone birthday. Even though the pictures on the listing are gorgeous it has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Jaime and Brian were warm and inviting and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They provided outstanding service and even accommodated a very last minute request to order the Mayweather fight. There is no other way to experience Palm Springs. Period

Fairytale Dreams can come true!!!

This house is spectacular!! Jamie and Brian were so amazing, charming and helpful. We had a small wedding ceremony in the backyard with a few of our close family and friends. I couldn't get my nieces out of the pool all day. We stayed four more days on our honeymoon. It was so beautiful and perfect. We were so sad when we had to head home to reality. My husband can't stop talking about it. We are already trying to plan a return trip for my birthday next month. It is everything the pictures show and so much more. I have a hard time describing the breathtakingly modern, simplistic feel this house has. When you open up all the doors into the walls and step outside you feel on top of the world and in another land. You are only minutes to Downtown, shopping, Ruth Hardy Park and cocktail dining. We are so spoiled now I don't think we can ever stay in a hotel again. Thank you Jamie and Brian for everything!!! We will be back soon we promise.

It's Perfect...

My wife and I stayed for 4 glorious days...it was perfect. The home is spectacular yet very livable and comfortable. The location is terrific, an easy bike ride to downtown Palm Springs. The owners are terrific people who made sure we understood the systems and how to get ahold of them, then left us in paradise. We loved this place and you will too...there is no doubt it will exceed your expectations.

No need to ever leave the home!

This place is set up for you to land and never leave once here. The home speaks much louder with style in person but that's obvious. If your use to staying in small quality boutique hotels, this is your place. Each room gives you a sense of having your own unique hotel room while still indulging in one large estate. If the cost scares you per night, stop and think again because pound for pound it's worth it! My guests fully enjoyed their stay and we appreciate the communication with owner prior to arrival. David C.

Owner response:David, we hope to see you again soon!!!

The pictures simply don't do the house justice! This house is truly amazing...

I have stayed in a lot of high end rentals and this one was one of the best. The architecture of the home is breathtaking. The cleanliness is unsurpassed. It is a very easy walk to downtown and the park with tennis courts. Brian and Jaime (the owners) meet you at the house and introduce you to this masterpiece which they designed and built. They provided us with an abudance of information about the city and their favorite restaurants. If we could only be so lucky to be greeted by such wonderful people everytime we travel. We will be back in the near future! Thanks guys and we miss you!

Owner response:Please come again soon! We miss you and your friends...

A New Wonderful Christmas Tradition

Guest: KendraL (Nantucket Island,Ma.)
Date of Stay: 12/23/09 Review Submitted: 01/11/10

We were so pleased with our choice to spend Christmas in Palm Springs...and to put the cherry on top of it all was the warm welcoming accommodations we celebrated the holidays. Home away from home!! We were 6 all together and we were in the lap of comfort.... Starting with the beds, and linens....the glorious pool and spa the inside and outside fireplaces... the gourmet kitchen...and the mountain views!!! We enjoyed every minute and Brian and Jamie have made a "homeaway rental "just perfect. Thank you both again for making our vacation memorable... Happy New Year...best regards,Kendra

Palm Springs In All Its Glory!

Guest: Abbie's Daddies (San Diego, CA)
Date of Stay: 06/27/09 Review Submitted: 07/03/09

When one thinks of Palm Springs and an escape to the desert, it is fair to assume that one usually assumes old school charm and beauty associated with this desert paradise! Well take away that "old school" charm and welcome yourself to a beautiful paradise! When you arrive you will feel as if you have arrived to a Bel Air oasis and feel as if you are a celebrity coming home to your estate. The owners were congenial and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and all of our needs were met. This stay was beyond our expectations and we will never again rent a hotel in Palm Springs! This is the only way to go and this is the place to stay for a memorable and truly magnificent experience. The property was clean, well maintained and was close to everything. We made it an escape within an escape and had little reason to travel out of the "compound" while we enjoyed our private time as a couple in this beautiful and expansive property. Don't overlook staying a place that will make you feel like a celebrity getting away. We would and already have begun to recommend this property to all our friends and family and certainly intend to stay there whenever available and possible. The owner's poured their heart into this property and their pride of ownership shows. The owners are the nicest gentlemen and were attentive and present to our needs. From checking in and getting settled to departing, they were there at the drop of a hat for us. We were long overdue for a vacation in these tough economic times and this house was worth every penny. Once there we didn't even need to leave this beautiful compound! We will be back and we have been introduced to a spectacular and different type of vacationing that we wouldn't change for the world. Stay at this property! It's as beautiful as it looks and you will be treated as if and made to feel like a celebrity the entire stay! Don't short change yourself. This is "thee" Palm Springs address to stay in. Beautiful, modern and money well spent. Don't overlook this property! You will be glad you didn't. AND, we are tough critics....our rating....A PLUS, OFF THE CHARTS! Beautiful place, owners that exceeded all expectations and our new home away from home!

Owner response:With guests like Wes and Bryan, who needs anything else.... These are the type of guests that we love; very considerate of the house and just wonderful people! Please come back anytime!

The pictures do not do the house justice...

Guest: Sara Palm Springs Fun (Canada)
Date of Stay: 05/01/09 Review Submitted: 05/29/09

I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and this is by far the most amazing. The architecture and attention to detail in this home is unparalleled in very few homes around the world. The location allowed us to walk to downtown and we thoroughly enjoyed the park with tennis courts two blocks away. Brian and Jaime are the owners and were there to check us in upon our arrival. If we had any questions about the home or Palm Springs they were a phone away. The kitchen is amazing. We decided to cook most of the time as they have everything in this kitchen! If you are considering staying in a home in Palm Springs do not pass this property up. It was really difficult to leave. We will be back!

Spectacular house. Open the sliding doors and the inside blends with the outdoors. Our friends loved it, too. Would definitely stay here again. Jaime & Brian were great hosts. Thanks.

This home is amazing! The pictures do not begin to justify the architectural significance of the design. The tile choices and workmanship are unparalleled. The kitchen is a chef's delight. In all our years of traveling we have never stayed in a finer home. The owners who designed and built the house are wonderful! We will be back...

Owner response:Likewise, we have been very fortunate to have wonderful people staying in our home.

We just had a small retreat for the partners of our company and had a great time at this house. Very comfortable. Great pool and spa and a really nice place to meet and relax. Really appreciated the sincerity and personal connection with the owners and the obvious pride they take in this beautiful space.

Owner response:Ted and his crew are welcome back anytime!

We have rented many great homes in PS and this is one of the best. Amazing indoor/outdoor flow - all windows facing out literally disappear! And the view is stellar. Great cooks kitchen and the house is big enough for 3-4 couples to enjoy and still have privacy. The owners are very gracious and attentive. We can't wait to go back in the summer!

Owner response:Philip and his girlfriend were dynamite guests! Come back soon...
