Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
When this condo came up for sale, we knew it was a good buy, and we wanted to invest in something that we understood had value and appeal. Everything about the place said "easy living, no worries" and thats the feeling we wanted our renters to have while they visit. The pool is a great plus, recently renovated, and very well maintained. There's laundry facilities just a few steps away. No long jaunts anywhere. It's very convenient.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is only thirty steps to a beautiful pool, only a littlt farther to great restaurants and shops and the best ever: right across the street from our complex is the Beach! We chose this condo because we both felt that we could live there. (Actually, we live just down the street.)Our condo is air conditioned, on the ground floor, and so comfy! It's a great place to crash after a day at the beach.

I'm a southern California boy married to a Maryland girl who have come together to live on this beautiful island. We've been married for seven years, and between us we have seven children and seven grandchildren. Needless to say, we have many friends and relatives that love to come visit us here. We never tire of the wonderfully mild evenings and the warm sunny days, so different from fighting the cold every year.
