This is Our second home, and it is a 2BR/2BA home that has been completely remodeled and cleaned for your enjoyment. We have painted every wall and ceiling and purchased all new top quality furnishings for your comfort. The country atmosphere( 2 mi. from main road) is very relaxed and far enough away from the urban areas to be safe while being very close to I95 ramp for easy north/south travel.
We are located along the "Treasure Coast" which is on the central east coast between Palm Beach and Cape Canaveral. We are about 9 miles from the ocean as the crow flies, but it is a good 20 minute drive to the state beaches(with sea turtle nests) because you have to use the causeway over the intercoastal. We are less than a 2 hour drive to all the Orlando and Disney attractions, Miami/Ft Lauderdale or the Everglades.
There are several Grapefruit League baseball parks within a short drive for spring training buffs. The area boasts many museums and outdoor theaters as well. This should be a very comfortable home for you to escape the cold winters up north for a month or two or the season.

- Deck/Patio : Under carport area. If you want to sit outside we do so under carport. We bring folding chairs and small table from Florida Room. Park car out on driveway and you have the whole carport as a patio. Great for morning coffee and to catch a breeze in the shade.
- Lanai : Enclosed with screen windows and tinted glass to keep the sun from heating it up too much. Tinting is also semi-private. All windows are screened and it has a ceiling fan, but not air conditioned.

- This is a 55+ Very Active Community. Most of the ammenities listed are provided by the community and are shared. This includes guest pool, sauna, tennis,shuffle board, horseshoes, video and book library, fitness center etc. Please note that the golf course in our community is for propert owners only! It is a short par 3 course and limitted because of it's size and the number of owners trying to get on the course. There are several top notch public courses within a 20 minute drive of our community.

Why the Owner Chose Fort Pierce
We have been vacationing on the west coast for years and have found it to be increasingly crowded and under constant construction. We checked out this Vero/FT Pierce area and immediately fell in love with the slower pace and rural(but slightly urban)atmosphere. We ride our motorcycles and relax instead of dodging traffic and pedestrians. This is not a college spring break area, just a lot of nice beaches, shops and citrus groves. We are 2-1/2 miles off main road yet I95 is right at the end of our access road for very easy travel up and down the east coast.
