This beautiful home featuring brand new furnishings that are beyond what normal rentals feature. The home even has custom plantation shutters throughout. Custom tiles in great room/dining/kitchen and baths with beautiful area rugs (from Macy's) in great room and dining area. Beautiful dining table from Macy's seats 4 but expands for your extra guests. High end linens (Macy's and Nordstroms), dishes, pots and pans, etc. This is not your normal vacation rental with low end furniture - if you're going on vacation, then it's time to enjoy an elegent house.
The home includes: linens, coffee maker, cookware, all utensils, refrigerator, ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, surround sound stereo with speakers, TV's in master bedroom (32' flat panel) and living room (42' flat panel), reverse osmosis system for improved drinking water, Internet/wireless and free long distance within the US (limited minutes per month). Ceiling fans throughout. Also, fenced in backyard for privacy, outdoor furniture, BBQ and 2 car garage. No smokers and no pets. Just bring your clothing and you are set for a great vacation!
Solara is the premier active adults community. The Solera community features a fitness center, swimming pools, billiards, shuffleboard, tennis, horseshoes, bocce ball, library, computer center, etc. It's all here in the Solera gated community. Don't forget the beautiful golf course!
One of the best golf courses in the area, Lone Tree Golf Course, intertwines throughout this gated community. As a renter, you will also receive 'owners' green fees.
The community offers major league baseball spring training games in March. The Phoenix Sports Complex offers (depending on the season) Phoenix Suns basketball, Cardinals football, and Diamondbacks Baseball.
Just 30 minutes to Sky Harbor International Airport. Also close to grocery and drug stores.
A vacation is when you don't have to worry about anything. This rental property is fully stocked with everything you will need from a high defination flat screen to pots and pans: just pack your bags, buy some groceries and you are set. The people in the community are very friendly, we have two beautiful pools, a computer center, lots of activities and the community is gated. That's a vacation!

I recently stayed in this home - May and June - it is everything as described. The residents in Solera are very friendly. All you need is your suit case. Many activites are available or great to just relax. Owner very easy to work with. Hope to go back soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

This home is beautifully furnished, CLEAN, well-maintained, and has very comfortable beds (definitely a five-star hotel quality). It has a great shade/sun private patio...perfect for grilling or relaxing outside with a good book. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly...great for walking. Groceries and pharmacy are just down the road from the main gate. Lots of amenities in the gated community if you want to participate. The owner and property manager are accomodating and responsive. We had a leaking water heater replaced within 3 hours of my phone call...very quick!Recommended for: Age 55+.

When the Owner states that this property is not the usual rental property, he is absolutely correct. All the furnishings are brand new, flat screen Tv's in Living Room and Bedroom. Overall the home was immaculate, and by far the best we have ever stayed at. Too bad the calendar fills so quickly, but take advantage of off season times to enjoy this home. The Solera community is so friendly people go out of their way to say Hi, we attended a breakfast and I played Tennis, at both we were welcomed by many friendly people.Did you find this review helpful? Before I bought the house, I surveyed many rentals in AZ. I found that most had rather inexpensive furniture and household items. That motivated me to buy highend items to make the property unique and a better experience than other rentals. Most of the items are from Macy's or other highend stores. I also use the home so the quality of items are what I would expect to use for myself.
