It is only a five minute walk to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, theaters, the Jerusalem Promenade, and the Jerusalem Cinemateque. Emek Refaim, the German Colony, and Derech Beit Lechem (cafes, shopping) are a ten minute walk. And the Old City, King David Hotel are just a fifteen minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment includes custom tiles and wood cabinetry and a fully-equipped kosher kitchen with brand new appliances, washer/dryer, A/C, heat, instant hot water (no need to wait for the solar heater), and wireless internet. The bedroom contains a custom made bed with a queen-size Sealy orthopedic mattress and the living room has a US sleep sofa with a queen-size mattress (beware Israeli imitations!). Plenty of parking is available in front of the unit. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets please.
