Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All of the positive reviews I read were absolutely right this has to be one of the best properties in Kihei. The views, the spaciousness, the access to the beach not to mention the pool, hot tub and BBQ were all dazzling. We had an amazing time and Kathy was so welcoming. You can't go wrong with Hale Ili Ili we can't wait to come back.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because the location is waterfront,we love it. One of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole I, is 50 yards away, so Ili Ili is quiet 24/7 but the beach is a convenient walk. RentalsMaui is well run and responsive. We have had almost no issues with the property and most people will be satified; it is not a luxury property but is well maintained. You get a private parking place (best for compact vehicles but a van will fit) in a gated lot on the property and it is safe for older kids or younger kids who swim; there is a deep pool on site. No bug problems, ocasional tiny ants if you don't keep the kitchen spotlessly clean at all times. Shopping is convenient. Price is appropriate. If you want a premier location at a moderate price, this is it.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was better than the pictures could show. It's right on the beach, attractively decorated and very private. We felt that we were completely alone in our beach getaway. We went with another couple and the size of the unit was perfect for the 4 of us. The pool and spa were very clean and we were able to use them and still have a wonderful view of the beach. The property managers were very nice to work with and actually let us drop our luggage off at the unit earlier than the check in time. They met us at the property and gave us a tour and instructions on parking, gate codes etc. Toni even gave us her personal cell phone number in case we had questions or problems. This is definitely the best vacation rental in Maui, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we come back.

We watched the moon set and the sun rise and heard the waves all night. It was home with better dishes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental agent met us at the property to walk us through everything. It was like meeting a friend you haven't seen in a while. We could not have asked for a better location. The beach was 2 minutes walk to the left, the surfing cove was five minutes walk to the right, and the rocks, reefs, sea life and turtles were straight in front of the property. There are a lot of places that are beautiful in Maui but you know you are in a special one when the local photographers bring families, wedding parties to the rocks in front of the unit to take pictures. So people watching was pretty good from the lanai as well. Loved the place and we would stay there again upon our next trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale IliIli is perfection. There are no other words to describe. The location is right on the beach yet still feels private and quiet. The waves and birds lull you to sleep each night. In the morning, coffee on the lanai helps you get going for a day of fun. The location is perfect - easy driving to all the local towns and sights. Kathy is fantastic, making sure the kitchen is well equipped and that things are running smoothly. The pool is the perfect temp, nice and clean. The beds are comfy, plenty of towels and conveniences. Great beach goodies like chairs and towels made it so easy to skip out in the morning and find your spot on the beach in the cove just below. Keep an eye out for turtles -we saw a ton at the lower end of the beach. We had such a great time that we've decided to make this a yearly family vacation spot. Thanks for a great time and we'll be back!!!
