In the heart of the tranquil Vineyards of the renowned Alexander Valley Wine Region, the Ranch on Soda Rock is a stunningly beautiful, spacious, newly renovated and professionally designed Estate Ranch House, nestled on 1 acre, surrounded on all sides by the vines, and is child and pet friendly. Relax and soak in the idyllic peace and serenity of this very special setting in the Alexander Valley, home to over 40 outstanding wineries, and where the Russian River ‘flows through it’.

Only 6 miles from historic and charming Healdsburg, a world class Sonoma County Wine Country destination, this spectacular 3BR/3BA Ranch House is 2400 sq feet of ‘luxury in the country’, all on a single level and features ‘green’ architecture. With an open floor plan and Great Room, soaring cathedral ceilings, bamboo floors throughout, and recessed high efficiency LED lighting, this lovely home accommodates up to 6 guests (in bedrooms) and up to 10 guests (when using the two high-end sleeper sofas).

All 3 gorgeous bedrooms are suites (1 with a King bed, 1 with a Queen and 1 with 2 twins which convert to a King), each with it's own beautifully appointed bath and French doors with vineyard views, opening to the expansive deck and covered patio with built-in stainless steel grill and refrigerator, ideal for outdoor Wine Country entertaining. Also enjoy the 20’ x 40’ salt water pool, new 'top of the line' hydrotherapy spa, organic vineyard and garden, and the beautiful Vineyard Barn.

With 'state of the art' technology and granite slab countertops, the new Gourmet Kitchen is a chef's delight and is very well equipped with all stainless steel appliances, featuring a JENN-AIR 6 burner professional gas range, built-in JENN-AIR refrigerator, designer lighting over a granite topped island with three stools and an under counter wine fridge. A Bosch dishwasher, microwave, professional cookware, food processor, coffee grinder and maker, Breville espresso maker, dishes, glassware, and everything else you might need, complete the kitchen and provide for the ultimate culinary and dining experiences.

The formal dining room opens to the kitchen and has a large dining table seating up to 10 with a beautiful country chandelier, custom recessed lighting, a side-serving table, and also vineyard views through the French doors, opening to the back porch, pool, and vineyards. Tastefully furnished and decorated with original artwork and recessed lighting, the elegantly casual living room is also graced with a gas log fireplace, stone hearth, and custom mantle.

Additional abundant amenities include a 46” HD LCD DirecTV with surround sound and more speakers in the kitchen and on the back deck; whole house WiFi completes this high-tech system. The living room sofa converts to a bed to provide an additional sleeping area for extra guests and a second leather LA-Z-BOY sleeper sofa with an upgraded ‘air comfort’ mattress, is available in the indoor laundry area with privacy. The living area nook with a lovely writing/work desk and a second seating area allow for a lovely open transition from the Living Room to the Gourmet Kitchen.

With everything you could possibly need or want, this elegant country home’s additional outdoor amenities include a professionally maintained organic herb, vegetable, and cutting-flower garden. The Ranch also has a 1/3 acre mature Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard and also surrounded by acres of Alexander Valley vineyards. Just a short walk down this quiet country lane, is the Russian River, allowing for more adventures, fishing, seasonal swimming, and just exploring the ‘Old Man’.

Also available for Ranch guests and special events, by prior arrangement and with additional fees, is a wonderful and excellent, certified, natural, personal chef, Monica Sallouti. Chef Sallouti offers a full range of services from pre-shopping and stocking the kitchen, to prepping meals for your cooking enjoyment, to onsite creation of outstanding gourmet meals, for intimate dinners and gatherings. Additional outstanding services include professional property management and concierge services for ensuring the best vacation experience and, by arrangement, catering, housekeeping, onsite massage, wine tours, and almost anything else you might need or want.

Day passes to the Parkpoint Health and Swim Club are available for $15/day for adults, $10/day for children 10-16, and $6/day for children 9 and under. This premier club has it all, with heated lap, aqua exercise, and children’s pool; weight and exercise machines; exercise, yoga, and Pilates classes; all styles of massage; snack bar; etc.

Ideally located, the Ranch is a heavenly destination and a perfect ‘home base’ for exploring and enjoying the diversity of Sonoma County Wine Country.
