This house is located just off of Surf Road in Ocean Beach, New York.
The house is a one-of-a-kind and has NEVER been on the rental market. It has only been used the owner for the last 5 years.
Everything is in near perfect condition. The living room has a beautiful dining room table, 3 separate sofas, entertainment center, fireplace and modern kitchen with all new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, etc). There is a great breakfast bar.
The house is surrounded by trees and shrubs that offer a lot of privacy. The house is elevated on stilts. There are two decks on the main level and an outdoor shower with a separate changing room on the ground level. The back deck has great lounge chairs, round table for eating and new gas BBQ. There is a electric retracting canopy as well. The front of the house has additional seating areas.
Inside, on the main level, there are four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and desk with full bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms, each with full size beds. There is a second full bathroom.
On the second level, there is another bedroom with windows on all four walls - with panoramic views. On top of the room, there is a third panoramic roof deck. You can see the entire width of the island from the ocean to bay. On a clear day, you can even see New York City!
The house has central air. Every room is a on a different cooling zone. There is also heating in every room.

- The house has central air. The living room and other common areas are on one zone. Each bedroom has its own zone for climate control. The deck has new deluxe propane BBQ. There is an electronic expanding canopy. There are blue berry bushes planted around the front deck. You can pick berries right off the trees for your morning pancakes. There is a large outdoor shower with separate changing room. There are three outdoor decks: (1) In front of house, near entrance; (2) in back of house where lounge chairs, table and BBQ is located; and (3) on roof of second floor with panoramic views - you can see ocean and bay!
