Large open-concept living/dining room with the latter seating 8 people in case you have friends over for an evening. Broadband, Wi-Fi wireless Internet and printer available; electricity, gas, local phone calls, twice-weekly maid and gardening services included. Call for other features.

If you enjoy birdwatching, you'll be in heaven viewing the teeming bird life in the adjacent wetlands--bring your binoculars. You'll be serenaded by the birds during the day and the frogs at night, with stupendous Lake Chapala sunsets in between.

No charge for your dog; care for our dog negotiable. We'll help you find a reasonable local B&B for extra nights. References required and given.
