Add 11% S.C. sales/lodging tax to rental fee.  Discounts for monthly rentals.
$200 security/damage deposit is due upon reservation.  Deposit is refunded when
keys are returned and no damage/problems incurred.
Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to rental date.
