Why the Owner Chose Guntersville
We purchased this property in 2004 as a vacation property. We used it weekends since we are avid boaters and love the lake. In 2009 with the downturn in real estate we decided to offer it to the public as a vacation property.The interest has been way beyond anything we could expect. People that have stayed there brag about how much fun they have staying there. Many of the lake properties have a lot of steps to get to the lake. Ours is a gentle slop and is easy to access. We hope to retire there someday but for now it is available and we are confident your vacation will be great if you give it a try.

thanks for all your help, we really enjoyed are week at the house, it was just great, everything you would want or need and right on the lake. the fishing in the river was fair but in the cove by the house was good so that worked out great. I would certainly recommend it my friends, looking forward to our next stay, Dennis ward

Thanks again for the house rental. It worked perfectly for our group. We have been taking this trip to Guntersville Lake annually for the last 7 years and this is the best place we have stayed on the lake yet. Even though we had over 10 people in the house we had plenty of room and dock space for 6 boats and parking for our vehicles and trailers. Access to the dock was easy as the lot is on flat land . It is so much easier to walk out the back door and be on the lake than to have to trailer a boat to the launch and reload at night. The Kitchen worked out great as well and we had plenty of seating for all at dinner time. We hope to be able to use the home again next spring if our group doesn’t get any larger after hearing about our trip. We have fished many lakes over the years but keep coming back to Guntersville, it is by far the finest lakes for big bass I have ever fished
