What is listed on homaway about this Yaletown vacation rental was 100% correct. Perfectly clean. Most comfortable king size bed. Towels smelled fresh and clean. The owner provided excellent customer service. I have already recommended this property to my brother. Looking forward to returning one day!!!Did you find this review helpful? Our family of 5 had planned our Spring Break months ago. We had booked a different condo in Vancouver only to find out that it was not going to be available. With only two weeks before we were to leave, we were in a scramble to find alternate accommodations. Thankfully we found this fabulous Yaletown property. It was perfect. Art and Isabelle were fantastic to deal with. They were prompt and organized and extremely easy to deal with. We knew, as soon as we walked through the front door, that this was going to be the perfect place for us to spend our short three days in Vancouver. The view of Burrard Inlet is absolutely amazing and can be enjoyed from every room. The condo was absolutely spotless and fresh. The kitchen is large and is fully outfitted with everything from a blender to a food processor and everything you could possibly need. Having said that - we didn't use the kitchen a whole lot as we were just steps away from Vancouver's best restaurants. Yaletown has some fantastic places to eat....from high end to casual....Italian to Thai and they are all less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. We were also mere steps from the Aquabus dock. We caught an Aquabus over to Granville Island one morning and had a blast. For those who love to shop - there are some beautiful boutiques and clothing stores really close by. Robson Street, a shopper's Mecca, and Pacific Centre are a short 20 minute stroll away. When we were at 'home', we found the condo to be very comfortable and it had plenty of space for everyone. One of our kids slept on the air bed that was provided for us by the owners which was no problem to inflate. Having laundry in the condo was a huge help. It meant not arriving home with bags of dirty clothes. We really can't say enough about this fantastic condo. Art and Isabelle were wonderful to deal with. We are already looking forward to our next....longer...stay. We would highly recommend this to family or friends or anyone we know traveling to Vancouver. You must stay here. You won't regret it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We are a family with small kids and this place was perfect for our stay - great location with parks and running / walking path nearby, easy to catch the aqua bus to Granville Island and Science World (which the kids loved) and close to the train so easy access from the airport. The place was clean, great view, ample room and very comfortable beds. It was also very convenient to have a place with a washer and dryer. The only minor complaints were that there were no hooks or mat in front hallway to put wet coats and boots and the living room furniture was not overly comfortable. This condo was way better than staying in a hotel and really helped make our first family trip to Vancouver a great time. We are very pleased with this place and will definitely book again with the owner in this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautiful view and close to everything we needed and very close to the sky train. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only thing we did not like was the air freshener that was plugged in that we didn't notice for two days. Wonderful place and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay in downtown Vancouver.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We spent 4 days in this beautiful suite in Yaletown. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The TV in the living room has been upgraded to a large, flat screen, wall mounted TV. The dining table is larger than the table in the photo. The views are to-die-for, the suite is beautifully furnished and the location fabulous. The area is buzzing with bars and restaurants. The False Creek ferry is at the edge of the park directly in front of the building. Highly recommended. We will be coming back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have already made recommendations to our friends. The property was in the most desirable area of downtown. Plenty of nightlife, restaurants and shopping along with easy access to Granville Island. The view was spectacular. The unit was very clean and well stocked for a no-hassle experience. We loved our stay and will sure inquire again when we head to the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The apartment is exactly as advertised! Our party of four adults was extremely comfortable. The unit was clean, well furnished and well equipped. Mass transit, restaurants, grocery and the waterfront are all nearby. We could not have been happier. Art is very helpful and easy to reach. A cycle ride around False Creek is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon. Five thumbs up!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

Upon arrival from the UK we were profoundly pleased with the apartment. The views are sensational and to sit early morning and late evening taking in the sights was a delight. The facilities are excellent and coped well enough with our party of six. We were more than happy with the furnishings and were able to relax upon our return following our daytime outings. The bedrooms were well furnished with beds that supported a good night sleep. Linen was provided as part of the rental agreement and was spotlessly clean. A maid had cleaned the apartment for our arrival which was much appreciated. In regard to customer service upon arrival Art took time to show us around the building. We had use of the gym, courtyard and swimming pool plus sauna all of which were used regularly. Art identified for us local facitiles and restaurants which was extremely kind of him. Overall we had a great time and will be referring the apartment to other friends should they take time to visit Vancouver. A 5 star review for 5 star accommodation.Did you find this review helpful? This was our first time in Vancouver, and we know that we want to return! This apartment was in a perfect place, and the water view was great. Bikers, sailboats, walkers, water taxis, joggers, 14 volleyball games at once....all right out your window! I did wish that the apartment decor had more "va-voom", but was more than pleased with cleanliness and top-notch linens & mattresses. Thanks to Art, the man behind the scenes and to Isabella who made our visit easy and stress free!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a wonderful apartment with an absolutely gorgeous view. The spacious condo provided plenty of room for the five of us and the accessibility to public transportation and great restaurants was much appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay at this suite in the heart of Yaletown..just steps away from mass transit, and right across from a beautiful park. Yaletown has many shopping and dining locations, all within an easy walk. We even walked to Granville Island and many of the other popular neighborhoods in Vancouver. The condo has a beautiful view of a small harbour beautiful day and night. Thanks so much for an excellent experience in Vancouver. The condo was super comfortable with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and extra bedding for a fifth person. There was parking downstairs, a washer and dryer -- so convenient -- and kitchen basics. We loved the location and the stunning views of the harbor. Make sure to venture out on Pacific Blvd to grab some coffee from Blaq Sheep, delicious Vietnamese sandwiches from DD Mau, and a bit further along, stop by the Roundhouse to view the historic train showcased there. All in all, a great experience, and would definitely come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a month during a vacation in Vancouver. We will definitely try to stay in the same condo again. The condo itself is spacious, clean, neat, has a wonderful view of False Creek, and, remarkably, is very quiet! One of the best things about it is the location - right in the heart of Yaletown. It is close to the metro and to great restaurants and shopping in the Yaletown area. It is also very easy to catch a ferry to Granville Island and to the Science Museum. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for Grey Cup with our daughter, son-in-law and 16 month old grandson. The condo was perfect! Lots of room for the baby to run! There was no need for a vehicle except for the fact we had to go the Port Coquitlam. 10 min walk to BC Place for the game, 1/2 hr or $9 cab ride to the Convention Centre. Train station 1 block away. The view from the unit was amazing. Art was very accomodating in our checkout time. Unit was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? They say the key for everything is location, location, location, and this vacation rental has it in spades. Starting with its floor-to-ceiling windows looking over beautiful David Lam Park and False Creek, this clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished flat provides a perfect base from which the attractions of Yaletown, the Waterfront, Chinatown, Granville Island, the West End, and others can be explored. Public transportation is readily accessible, so you can park your car and forget it. Within a five-minute walk there are a multitude of restaurants representing several ethnicities and the Yaletown Roundhouse entrances to the Canada Line transportation system. We greatly appreciated the fast, efficient customer service we received while arranging for our vacation lodging. Everything required was provided and clearly explained every step of the way. So there you have it; great location, great service, and clean, well-furnished lodging. It all added up to one of the best holidays we have experienced and we look forward to our next trip to Vancouver with great anticipation. We will definitely contact this provider again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

This was my first visit to Vancouver and what a perfect location to have chosen. The view from the apartment was wonderful - day and night; it was perfectly situated for access to all the major tourist attractions; it was spotlessly clean and it had all the necessary amenities which made it a home from home. Art, the owner was really friendly and helpful. The rental process was smooth and problem free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Vancouver.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well-situated apartment. Clean, tidy and good facilities including underground car park, pool and gym. Vancouver weather was cool for the time of the year, otherwise it could have been a bit hot (no A/C). Had some niggles with the internet which were eventually resolved by moving the modem to the bedroom(!). Helpful and friendly owner, thanks Art for the stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The view takes your breath away, and it is SO convenient to catch any type of public transit. Our kids (7, 4, and 2) all had terrific times identifying the building from the Aquabus and False Creek Ferry boats. We didn't realize our phones won't be working when we crossed the border, so we had a bit of trouble finding our way into the condo initially, but Art himself showed us in. Thank you! A few things we ended up buying when we got there were shampoo and paper napkins/towels, which is a small expense considering the value this place offers. We would love to return to Vancouver and stay at this condo. Thank you, Art and Isabella!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Myself and a group of friends booked this apartment as an alternative to hotel rooms for each of us while attending a conference. It has excellent views, was spotless when we arrived and was in a lovely neighbourhood. It was conveniently located, close to a local supermarket and had a sky train station just round the block. A 25 min walk from the city center. An excellent cheaper alternative to a hotel if a group of three or larger is planning to stay in Vancouver.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The location, amenities, value, and service we enjoyed here was outstanding. My spouse had a four day workshop in the area to attend so we needed a place that was super convenient to public transportation for the kids (10,12,and 15) and I to explore this wonderful city from. This was perfect! Just off the Yaletown-Roundhouse light rail station with restaurants, shops and markets all around, this place has the whole location, location, location thing nailed! The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comfortably appointed with spectacular floor to ceiling views! Art was very helpful and professional and was personally interested in making sure we had what we needed while there. It's nice to stay in a place managed by someone as professional and responsive as Art. The pool and sauna downstairs were a hit after a long day of exploring the area as were the convenient sushi restaurant, pizza place, and coffee shop downstairs (there are dozens of other restaurants within a couple of blocks also). From this location during our stay we biked and walked the seawall from Kits beach, around Stanley Park, and back all from the bike rental shop just down the street. We explored rain forests and suspended bridges and paddled kayaks in North Vancouver and Deep Cove, explored gastown and chinatown by foot and a dozen other adventures all within easy public transit reach of this spot with no car! Our only real complaint was weather related - unseasonably cold and rainy, but hey, that's not so unexpected in Vancouver is it? We hope to get back to Vancouver soon and we hope to stay here again when we do! The location was perfect, the apartment was nice and the value was exceptional. If you need 5-star accomodations and someone to turn down your sheets with a mint on your pillow at night then go somewhere else. If you want incredible value, very nice, well maintained and cozy accomodations with the ability to do some cooking on your own then you'd be lucky to book a stay here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had a fabulous stay. Loved the apartment and views. A great location in the beautiful city of Vancouver. We didn't need a car as we were so close to trains, buses and water taxis and just a few minutes walk to the seawall from where you can walk for ages and take in the stunning sights. It was perfect for us as we travelled from England and New Zealand to meet up and have a holiday together. We would love to return and stay in the apartment again. The appartment is fantastic, very spacious, well appointed and spotless. The amenities in the building are fantastic, our boys, aged 10 and 13 loved the pool especially. Everything in downtown Vancouver is within easy walking distance and with the free car parking space if you choose to hire a car and explore further afield it's easy. Too many fantastic restaurants to mention and all right on the doorstep. The owners, Art and Isabella, couldn't have been more helpfull. I recommend the property for anyone visiting Vancouver.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
