Welcome to total relaxation in Sunny Florida! Stay in our new, fully furnished/turn-key, 2000 sq. ft. coach home in a gated community developed by Bonita Bay in Southwest Florida. Our coach home is very well maintained. Our home has brand new furniture and furnishings and is only a couple years old.
Every night you can enjoy the beautiful view off of our screened in Lanai which overlooks a lake, the golf course and beautiful sunsets with palm trees in the foreground. It is very relaxing.
Our community has consistently been rated "COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR" and also designated a 'GREEN COMMUNITY' for its preservation of the natural Southwest Florida environment. There are 100 year old mossy oak trees throughout the community, including along the Orange River, right in our community.
Gulf of Mexico beaches, shopping, and restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. There is a marina associated with our community called Sweet Water Landing for boating. This is about 5 minutes from Verandah.
There is a very convenient shopping complex right outside the gates for groceries, banking, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Community pool, hot tub, and fitness center is just a block away!
All areas of the community are meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping throughout. This is a great area for a winter get-a-way or a week long break.

Why the Owner Chose Verandah
We chose to buy a home in this location for a variety of reasons. We love the weather in SW Florida, especially in the fall-spring months! It is easy/convenient location to get to. It is a short non-stop flight from our home in Indiana. We can leave in the morning and get there for lunch! The other reason we bought here was due to the local attractions and beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Coach Home
We love to be outdoors and our home community has many options for that: we have 9 miles of walking/biking trails in our gated community, use of kayaks to float down the Orange River, golf courses all around us, beaches nearby, good shopping and restaurants, and a Marina for boat use. The feel of Verandah (our community) is very relaxing and very well maintained with a SW Florida charm. We have a community pool, hot tub, and fitness center that is just down the street in our community.
