Welcome to The Idaho Castle. Through the Iron gates awaits natures paradise, feast youre eyes on the massive woodsy trees and the mossy green landscaping. The abundance of berries and apples play the stage for the occasional siting of elk, moose, wild turkey and deer daily. The sounds of nature are dreamy and you have yet to approach the Castle.
As you approach, The massive structure is obvious, A Castle in the sky! The European exterior with chipped rock and stucco lend hand to its unique archetecture it truly is a Castle. Open the beautiful custom Tuscan style door, and your breath is sure to be taken away. Wether it is the grand staircase footed with natural rattlecreek slate, or the grand chandaliers, My bet is the floor to ceiling windows, that allow every room from the house to tell mother natures story.
The Castle boasts of 6,300 sqfeet and a gourmet kitchen that should be in magazines. The custom cabinetry is handsome, and carries the massive concrete countertops beautifully. The slated floor adds more natural element and punches of beautiful earthy tones. High end stainless steel appliances, two sink staions with zero radius stainless steel sinks. Huge island,pot and pan rack, and dont forget the views. The formal dinning room sits 8-10 and is suited for royalty. Cocktail hour is most impressive at the 10 foot granite bar and water feature area, again more impressive views.
A game of pool is not far as you lounge to the sound of the waterfeature or challenge your loved one to a game. In the living room you will find beautifull leather couches to encase you while engaging in a movie or a sporting event on the 50 nch flat screen above the fireplace. There is a realy unique one of a kind stone sink in the one of six bathrooms on main level.
Walking upstairs you will be mideviely touched by the custom stamped forged iron hand rails. Upstairs will lead you to all 4 bedrooms and the theater room. The green monarchs room is a suite complete with kitchen sunkin tub and seperate living room area flat screen t.v. There is The Venitian Suite. The master suite is romantic with canopy bed, his and hers bathrooms, (womens has a bidet), full radius, dual head rain shower. High column travertine custom massive tub surrounded by large windows semi connected to The fourth bedroom is The Mountain Room, It has the best views in the house, because of the amount of windows, absolutly gorgeous!
The theater room is on the top tourette and is used for a theater room/ media room/ poker table. There is a numerous amount of activities in the area summer and winter including, boating, fishing, golfing, hiking, biking, snowboarding, snowshoing, snowmobiling, lots of restuarants, concerts. amusement parks waterparks and casinos. The closest major airport is spokane washington and is a 1 and a half hour drive to the idaho castle. Lake Pend Orielle is 40 miles long and 8 miles wide. The Idaho Club Jack Nickluas signature course is less then 10 min away.
