Each of the 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and with a king, queen and double bed can accommodate 6-8 people.

Everything such as dishes, pots, linens and towels are included in the rental. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothing.

  • My wife and I stayed from 6/6/09 thru 6/13/09.As others have written this is a very quite neighborhood. Close to local restaurants and shops.The home is centraly located between Kings bay and the Gulf which offers some great fishing.This home was spotless and very well equipped. The owner was very helpful.We look forward to a return visit soon!Thank you Steve for sharing your wonderful water front home.

  • We stayed from 12/25/08 thru 1/1/09. The house was everything advertised and more. We couldn't have been happier. Very clean, well maintained, well furnished, and well decorated. The Owner was very helpful and followed-up to make sure that everything was OK. Neighborhood is nice and location is very good. About 5 minutes down the canal to the main river and about 5 minutes by car to downtown Crystal River. We are kayakers and launched right from the backyard dock. Couldn't have been more pleased.

  • We stayed the week of Thanksgiving, November 2008. This place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. We loved every minute that we had there and would definetly return again. This house was spot less and had all the comforts of home. We would recommend this property to anybody.
