Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
We have traveled all over Colorado, and yet always found ourselves going back to Breck time and time again. It is our favorite mountain town with it's unique, historic charm, not to mention an awesome ski mountain. After visiting Breck for 20 years, we finally decided to make it our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Highland Greens is a great location, three miles from downtown and right next to the golf course and Nordic center. With the hourly shuttle to the slopes, you don't have to carry your skis any farther than your front door. The shuttle drops you off just steps from the lift. During the summer we enjoy the biking trail across the road, and like to ride into Breckenridge for breakfast or lunch, or into Frisco and ride around lake Dillon.
Owner's Map of Highland Greens
Bob and Rhonda live in a suburb of Denver, Colorado. We've been skiing, hiking, and mountain biking together since we first met 20 years ago. We have two children, and all of us enjoy the many activities Breckenridge offers year-round.

We stayed in this beautiful home August 12 - 14, 2011. The decor was exceptional and furnished in a very stylist yet comfortable way. The kitchen was very well equipped and the gas grill was full of gas and ready to go! We had a fabulous time and hope to return before long! The pictures don't really do justice to this property. Everything is top notch and magazine gorgeous! The location is perfect as well! We rode our bikes to Keystone for lunch and back. 40 miles round trip on well maintained bike trails. So beautiful this time of year! This property was spic and span with strong attention to detail. Flat screen TVs, wifi, huge dining room talble that sat 8 for dinner easily! It was a pleasure working with Rhonda who was extremely sweet an accomodating. Thanks for everything! We had a blast!!

Easter Weekend at your house in Breck

The pictures of your house are great on internet but the house itself over met our expectations. You have a wonderful place and we enjoyed it enormously. Besides all the practical things around the house, we played games and cards and enjoyed watching tv as a family in the tv room. I particularly loved all the huge windows from which to admire the beautiful snow all around us. Two families, friends of ours, stopped by the house while we were there last weekend and they also loved it. They said, as we also thought, that your number was a good one to have. Thank you, Cecilia

We really enjoyed our stay! This Highland Greens townhouse is very comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located. The free Breckenridge shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at the end of the driveway. The roomy hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of skiing. The owners provided top-notch service start to finish! Highly recommended!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this VRBO for 10 days thru some very cold and snowy weather. Rest of the family and friends came, seven total, and there was plenty of room. With three teenage girls in the group, plenty of space and bathrooms. Easy access to downtown and nearby tubing, snowshoeing and shopping. Great place to walk. This was our second visit and we plan to come back next year. As before, all the info in the VRBO listing was accurate. The owners keep this place in good shape, and the maintenance support for snow removal is very timely.

We stayed in this beautiful condo in mid-July, and had a really enjoyable week there with friends and family. The property is even nicer than the pictures! It is very clean and well-maintained, and a perfect location for hiking, biking, golf and fishing. It would be great for skiing, too, because of the frequent bus service in the winter. Rhonda was extremely helpful, and we would love to stay there again. We highly recommend this property!

I wanted to send a special "thank you" for the rental of your beautiful home! The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and fun was had by all. The private hot tub was awesome plus, the private shuttle was a very nice touch as well!! That made transportation quite simple for everyone's schedule! We will definately consider this location again!

We had such a wonderful time. I know a lot of people come to BReckenridge for the skiing in the winter...but we were in absolute heaven visiting in the summer. This house is absolutely perfect. We had a little mini family reunion here and had people in age from 4 all the way up to the grandparents. The house is furnished BEAUTIFULLY! Like staying in the Executive suite. We thought we were in a model home. The amenities of the house were perfect. The views were wonderful. I just can't come up with enough adjectives to describe the place. We would love to come back here some day.

Rhonda--Thank you for returning the security deposit. Just a short note on the townhouse. Your townhouse was fantastic. It was furnished very nicely. We loved the paint color that was on the walls. Having now stayed in several of the Highland Greens townhomes, we think your townhome is the best we have experienced, and if we go to Breckenridge again we will certainly be in touch. We think the Highlands Green area is a great location for skiing, especially with the shuttle, which worked wonderfully. The internet worked flawlessly. The TVs were wonderfully sized to the rooms and the games provided several evenings of good entertainment. My wife was very impressed with the way you had set up the kitchen. We cooked breakfasts and dinners at the townhouse and all the utensils we needed were there. The unit was also very clean when we arrived. This is a very minor point and hopefully you are not offended, but you did ask for feedback. One person in our group noted that your townhome was so much better looking from a furnishings standpoint than the pictures on the web. I didn't notice a difference, but there is one person's perspective for you. It is hard to add any other constructive feedback. Because my wife and I are so familiar with the Highland Greens area, we knew what to expect. In any event, thanks for allowing us to stay there. It was a treat. Mike
