From the patio, living room or dining room you look out at Arkansas Bay, where sunrises are breathtaking. There is a 650 foot lighted fishing pier that is great for that morning walk, as well as fishing. The complex offers tennis courts and two swimming pools.
Inside we have updated with fresh paint, tile floors through out, white furniture in keeping with the feel of the Texas Coast. The master bed room has a king bed, triple dresser,and chest. The master bedroom area also has a separate dressing room with a vanity. The second bedroom has twin bed, chest of drawers and a night table.
We are looking for a three or four month lease. Weekly is not an option on this Unit. Take a look you will not be disappointed.
