Santa Rosa Beach and the Gulf Place Cabanas provided my wife and I an outstanding Thanksgiving get-away. Great golfing and great food were close by, but we were removed from any hectic crowds. The condo unit was accurately depicted online and the booking was straight forward. Cathy responded promptly to my questions. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

I am so glad we found your condo to stay in. It was extremely comfortable and much larger than I expected. Santa Rosa Beach was incredible! It was our first time to the area but we will definitely be back. We expected it to be crowded the week before July 4th but it never was. We went to Destin for some parasailing and the traffic there made us hurry back to the condo. LOVED LOVED LOVED the walking path,it was great to get up before the day got hot and walk up the path and get in some exercise to make up for all the eating we did. Had never stayed across the street from the beach but that turned out to be a plus. It was a very short walk and we never tracked all that sand back in with us. We will definitely come back next year to stay. Thanks for such a great vacation,Kay

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was nicely decorated, had all you need in the kitchen and had a wonderful view of the pool,the Gulf and two beautiful homes on the beach. It was an easy,short walk to the beach and there were bathrooms and showers close buy, if you needed them. There were lots of restaurants and shops on the property to walk to. We would highly recommend this condo and its location away from the crowds, of course there is nowhere else in the US that has the white sandy beaches and crystal clear water like the panhandle of Florida.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Gulf place is a nice place close to the beaches away from the crowds. Nice views of the gulf from the balcony. The price is right for a family on a budget. Many, many nice places to eat close by. I would recommend this place and we hope to stay again soon.

Hi Cathy! At the last minute our family decided to drive down to Florida to get away from the winter of Wisconsin! Your condo is so cozy and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the property. It was so nice to have a very, very short walk to the beach. The area is a great location to have a relaxing vacation. Santa Rosa Beach is very quiet compared to Destin. We highly recommend para sailing in the area and to try all of the various restaurants. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to hopefully returning next year!!! Thank you for all of your help!

We had a very relaxing, comfortable visit. Owner was very helpful. Great views of the gulf from the condo. Stayed a month and loved it so much we ended up buying a home in SRB and plan to move there permanently in the near future.

My family recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was everything the owner said it would be and more. We loved the location! You are close to Destin, Seaside and many other great little beach towns. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony! We would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!

We loved staying here this past week and we didnt want to leave. This is a very good location and the view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. This place has all the amenties you need and we really liked the fact that it was very close to Destin. Wonderful bike paths so bring your bike if you like to ride. We will definately stay here again!

Our stay at the Eads’ condo was very pleasant. Santa Rosa Beach is very pretty. The view from the balcony was really excellent; Dolphins could be seen from the balcony. We hope to visit again soon.

We had such a fantastic experience staying in the Eads' condominium at Gulf Place. The condo itself is very cozy and well appointed but our favorite feature was the balcony and the view it afforded of the Gulf. What a great place to relax out of the sun for a bit! Santa Rosa is certainly my favorite community on the panhandle and we will definitely be back to the Eads' condo at Gulf Place. As an aside, Cathy was very helpful and made our decision to stay in the condo an easy one.

Jim and I just loved staying at your place at the beach, we could'nt ask for anything better, from the wonderful comfy bed [this matters when you are staying for a month]and all the other comforts that you provided us with,and that view from the balcony! where we would sit and watch the sun set each evening, great place we would like to come and stay longer next time ,thank you for your hospitality cathy

This condo was perfect! It had a Beautiful view of the gulf, private access to the beach, comfortable beds. Everything worked great. It also had alot of shops/restaurants in walking distance. In addition Cathy was very helpful with all the arrangements. We will definitely visit again!

We have stayed in the Gulf Place condos three times and love this area so much we just keep coming back - whenever we can! This has become "the beach" our family calls their own. I recommend it to all my friends when they mention wanting an affordable vacation that's relaxing and fun for the whole family.
