Tahoe Tyrol is a lovely community of Tyrolean style Chalets on the beautiful South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Situated in a forested hillside just 1 mile from the Stateline casino area and 1/4 mile from the base lodge of Heavenly Ski Resort, the Tyrol neighborhood is convenient to all South Shore attractions. We own two homes in this quiet neighborhood that are an easy walk from one another. Each home can be rented separately or together for larger groups that need more space.
The first home is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 level chalet that can accommodate up to 10 people. The bottom floor features 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a full bathroom and a game room with a pool table. The living room, kitchen and dining area, and another full bathroom are on the middle/main level. Filtered views of beautiful Lake Tahoe can be seen from this level. There is also a deck with a gas barbeque that can be accessed off the dining area. The sofa in the living room pulls out to make a queen bed. The top floor has two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.
This home is adjacent to the Tahoe Tyrol HOA common area that features a swimming pool (summer only), spa, and sauna. The close access is convenient for those wanting to wind down after a long day of skiing. Just walk out the back door and jump into the hot tub or take a seat in the sauna.
Our second home in Tahoe Tyrol has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a loft, and is also 3 levels. Although this home has fewer bedrooms and bathrooms, the rooms are slightly larger and the floor plan allows for more sleeping capacity (up to 10 people). The bottom level features a bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Adjacent to this room is a game room with a pool table and two built-in twin beds that also function as seating. The middle level features a greatroom-style living area. It's a great spot for gathering everyone together. Off this level is a deck with a gas barbeque - a great spot to enjoy the filtered views of the lake. This level also has two bedrooms, each with king beds, and two bathrooms. From this level a set of stairs leads up to the 3rd story loft where there are 2 twin beds.
Because of the bedding configuration in these homes, the 4 bedroom is a great rental for couples. Families with children or singles might find the 3 bedroom home to be more functional.
The interiors of both these homes were renovated by a talented craftsman in the past 5 years. Upscale pine details and quality furnishings with an authentic mountain theme are throughout. The kitchens and bathrooms are all new. In addition to fully equiped kitchens, both homes also have wireless high speed internet access and washer/dryer.
Because all the homes in Tahoe Tyrol are an easy walk from one another, we have found the neighborhood to be very well suited to family reunions or business gatherings that require several different homes. Please inquire for additional information.

Holiday Weekend ........ $425/night (3 night minimum).
Christmas & New Years .. $550/night (5 night minimum).
A 10% DISCOUNT is available for stays of 7 nights or longer except over holidays.
All reservations are subject to Local Occupancy Tax of 10% + $3/night;
a $30 non-refundable Booking Fee; a $125 departure Cleaning Fee; &
a refundable Security Deposit of $300.
