Our home is 3,000 sq.ft. turnkey gated furnished home with a complete outside cook center, which includes a barbecue, two burners, refrigerator, and sink with garbage disposal. Next to the 40' pool with spa is a private 60' putting green (real grass). Cooling misters are enjoyable on the patio.
Our home is on 1/3rd acre in a very quiet private community with a 3-car garage. A view of the Palm Springs aerial tramway can be seen from the patio area. Clear views of San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. Absolutely beautiful.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. It is complete with granite counter tops, large central island with a 5-burner cooking stove top and a double oven. A built-in desk for computer access in the kitchen is included.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a large family room with built-in wet bar. The family room and great room are divided by a dual gas fire place. The great room has a custom built-in bookcase/wall unit which holds a 67' HDTV/Blue Ray DVD Player. All rooms have ceiling fans and light dimmers.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds. The spacious master suite (which overlooks the pool/putting green and has own private patio) has a king size bed. There is a TV in the master suite and bedrooms. The master bath is equipped with double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub and separate glassed-in shower.
This home has private laundry room with auxiliary sink.
Great Location! Less than one mile from 'The River' (dining, theaters and entertainment center in Rancho Mirage) adjacent to Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.

Looking forward to our 3rd year at this property! Has all the amenities of home and more - (along with weather that has always treated us right.)The photos reflect well the comfort and beauty of this home, that is well maintained and spotlessly clean.The owners have been available for any little ?? and our family has totally enjoyed this desert getaway -esp coming from Minnesota! Very convenient to the River and many other local amenities!! March can't come soon enough :) Thanks !!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family currently stayed at this location and we are very disappointed. This place needs a huge upgrade...lights not working,loose tiles,owners food still left in the fridge, garage a mess,bbq area has not been cleaned...pool basketball net not secured properly (almost landed on our son) etc...etc.. If you like having peace and quiet then this place is not for you....random yard workers coming and going for 4-5 hours a day. I would not recommend this home.Owner response: We learned that the tenant breached our agreement and smoked upon our premises. We did leave salad dressings and condiments in the refrigerator, and flour, sugar, crackers and cooking oils in the pantry. The garage parking area is empty. Bicycles and a work bench are in the third garage. If basketball net wasn't attached to hoop, they loosened it. The gardener is there Friday afternoons for a little over an hour, and pool servicer is there twice a week for 10 minutes. Trash is picked up two days a week, but he is no bother. If lights burn out they are replaceable. Replacement bulbs are in the washroom. The eight loose tiles are being attended to by the installer. This renter wanted to return to our home next year, but we don't trust them on the smoking issue. This claim is about the return of his entire deposit, which we declined to do because of the smoking issue. In the ten years we have rented our home to at least 100 people, we have only had one other disgruntled tenant.
