Our home is 3,000 sq.ft. turnkey gated furnished home with a complete outside cook center, which includes a barbecue, two burners, refrigerator, and sink with garbage disposal. Next to the 40' pool with spa is a private 60' putting green (real grass). Cooling misters are enjoyable on the patio.
Our home is on 1/3rd acre in a very quiet private community with a 3-car garage. A view of the Palm Springs aerial tramway can be seen from the patio area. Clear views of San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. Absolutely beautiful.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. It is complete with granite counter tops, large central island with a 5-burner cooking stove top and a double oven. A built-in desk for computer access in the kitchen is included.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a large family room with built-in wet bar. The family room and great room are divided by a dual gas fire place. The great room has a custom built-in bookcase/wall unit which holds a 67" HDTV/Blue Ray DVD Player. All rooms have ceiling fans and light dimmers.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds. The spacious master suite (which overlooks the pool/putting green and has own private patio) has a king size bed. There is a TV in the master suite and bedrooms. The master bath is equipped with double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub and separate glassed-in shower.
This home has private laundry room with auxiliary sink.
Great Location! Less than one mile from "The River" (dining, theaters and entertainment center in Rancho Mirage) adjacent to Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.
