  For the 1st time, we flew into PCB so it was nice that there were a few places within walking distance of the condo. This condo was great; easy to get to and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view and beach chairs provided by the owner, which by the way, is at the very least a savings of $150. This was also our first visit to PCB without our kids and grandkids so it was perfect for the two of us. We would highly recommend any time of the year; thanks for sharing your paradise with us.

  This was our 3rd stay in this condo. The new tile & paint is gorgeous and everything was fresh & clean as usual. We love parking so close and just walking up 1 flight of stairs! We feel this condo is the best value at Long Beach. The price is right, and not many owners offer chairs & umbrella included in the price. It's so nice not to have to go down to the beach & reserve chairs! The returning guest discount is also a huge plus. Speaking of beach chairs, the guy who oversees them (Jay?) is AWESOME! He comes by every couple of hours and offers to adjust your umbrella for more shade, AND he has a broom to sweep the sand off your feet & chairs! Long Beach is in a great location with Walmart being almost across the street. Pineapple Willy's is within walking distance. We love Hungry Howie's pizza and you can get some great seafood at Dee's Hangout (get there early!) We love this condo and will keep coming back. Teresa is awesome to work with and answers emails very promptly!

  What a great place to stay! Everything was exactly as described! The views are incredible, the location is perfect, the condo has everything you need! We found the condo clean and "beachy" with the flip flop decor! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs were an awesome bonus! The owner was incredibly easy to deal with and prompt in communication! We would definitely stay here again!

  This is our third time staying in this unit and once again it exceeded our expectations. The views are beautiful!! Unlike many of the other condos, this unit has nice TV's in both the great room and bedroom. It is fully stocked with everything that you need. What a wonderful place to bring in the new year! Dave

  I stayed over thankgiving 2011 and had a great time.  The views from this condo are gorgeous. I would definately stay in this condo again!

  We have been going to Long Beach for about 10-15 years and this was one of the most dirty that we have ever stayed in. There was thick dust on top of the fridge, with rust on its side. The stove had dirty foil on the burners. The walls and base boards need to be painted. We stuck to the floor and my husband mopped it. The outside of the toilet was filthy as well as the floor behind it. The mirrors were not clean and streaked. The only thing that seemed to be clean was the sheets. We would never rent from them again.

  Owner response: Unfortunately these two individuals began complaining before even checking into our condo. They were upset that they could not immediately check in at 10:30 a.m. when they departed from their hotel in PCB (check in time is at 3:00 unless condo is vacant the prior night then check in is anytime that morning)and had to wait until 1:45 for the condo to be cleaned and ready (still 1 hr. 15 min. earlier that actual check -in time). The prior guests did not check out until 10:00 a.m. which is the appropriate check out time. We have a professional cleaning service that comes in and cleans our condo after each stay. This service cleans many of the condos at the Long Beach and have done so for over 15 years. The owner of the cleaning crew contacted us and advised she was called by the individuals with complaints(her contact info. in on the refrigerator)so she went to the condo to find out what they were not happy with and to correct the issues. However, she was told by these two individuals that not to worry about it that they would take care of it. She further advised that they were extremely rude to her and began insulting the cleaning crew's methods for cleaning (ie. what type of mop she used, what she used to clean the windows). The cleaning crew owner advised that she had been cleaning condos for over 15 years and certainly knows how to clean condos. She again requested to be shown what they were unhappy with and advised that she would correct it, but her services were refused. She advised us that they did not call her to re-clean, but to basically complain. (Why else would they refuse our cleaning crew's attempt to correct the items they felt were inadequate. In the two and a half years we have been renting our condo we have never had an experience such as this. Our condo stays booked solid during spring, summer and fall and we have a great deal of repeat business with very happy customers. They wouldn't continue to rent from us if they were not pleased with our condo.

  This is a great unit! Only 1 set of steps to go up so you dont have to use the elevator and you can park close. Condo is clean and up to date. The added benefit of beach chairs and umbrella makes going to the beach so much nicer when you do not have to carry so much. We will stary here again!

  Just returned from or 5th stay in this unit. It was perfect as always, it was like returning home. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Kitchen is well equiped, the furniture and linens are very comfortable. (I love the Flip flop theme). The owners are wonderful to deal with. Looking forward to our next opportunity to return.

  My son and I stayed here in May 2010 and it was beautiful, inside and out. The unit was beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped, and living/bedroom area very clean and comfortable. The balcony "life" was great also which is where we spent alot of time admiring the view. Great experience and owners were great to work with. I would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation. Beth
