Come relax on our covered deck, take a nap in the Pollys Island hammock or just sit it the rocking chairs and watch the swans and ducks swim by. Take a few steps off the deck to our fishing pier and fish in the fully stocked lake. Our home has just been completely remodeled, new granite and marble counter tops, new paint, carpet, furniture, pillow top mattresses.
Our master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and full size private bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and the bathroom is located just beside the bedroom.
Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you'll need for every meal, or have a barbecue on our outside grill. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Our living room is spacious and has full size sofa bed, make the Carolina room a third bedroom by using the room dividers. Free high speed wireless internet is included with your stay. All you need is your bathing suits, suntan lotion and beach towels.
Take a short walk to the private beach access and the Conch Cafe ( a ocean front restaurant). Be safe in Oceanside Village gated community and 24 hour security. Enjoy the all year round heated in door pool and an outdoor pool in the (summer months), in addition also available for your use are tennis courts, playground, volleyball court, 5 fishing lakes and a basket ball court.
Choose from over 1700 restaurants located in the area serving seafood, Italian, steaks, Mexican or anything else you may be hungry for. Enjoy many shows located close by, Legends, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, House of Blues just to name a few. Shop in the many outlet malls (2 Tanger Outlets), specialty shops, pottery shops, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach.
We require that you are at least 25 years old or a married couple. We do not allow smoking inside or pets. Please contact us by phone for your reservation. Weekend and nightly rates are available upon request. Give us a call for more information on this home and our other vacation rental.
A $250.00 deposit is required upon booking which is refundable by mail after departure. Payment in full due 15 days prior to arrival. Check in is 3PM and check out is 10AM. Golf Carts are available for rental.

Our stay in this home was awesome. House is beautifull, i felt like i was at home(i will never go to hotel on my vacation). It was my best vacation yet,....and i am an vacationer...from north America to whole Europe, to Asia(Sri-Lanka and India). Thanks Angie for making my vacation so memorable to me and my kids=))) We will absolutely be back next year. God bless you, your home and your family.

My family and I just returned from a week long vacation at Jeff and Angies beautiful beach house. We have stayed in a few homes in Oceanside Village and this is definitely the best one! Everything was provided for us during our stay, we did not have a single need. We were even greeted with a gift bag upon arrival! If you plan on staying in Oceanside, this is the home for you. My kids fell in love with the deck, fishing and feeding the turtles, ducks, and swans. My husband and I spent every night lounging on the beautiful deck, relaxing in the hammock or rocking chairs, under the subtle lights of pink flamingos that dawned the top of the deck. Prior to our stay Angie was more than helpful and efficient. My family has decided that we will stay no where else from now on while visiting Myrtle Beach. Thanks for a great vacation!

This is one of the nicest homes in Oceanside Village. It is very spacious, clean, well decorated and we feel so at home when we stay here! We love having the deck that overlooks the water and a deck below that my son can fish off of. He loves to fish and our daughter loves feeding the ducks and swans! The large kitchen and eating area make it nice if we cook and stay in for dinner. The large livingroom gives us all plenty of room to relax. We love all the sleeping areas as well! Everyone always has a place of their own. The available golf cart made it so nice for getting to the beach and/or the pool easy. And we like to just take a ride around the community. We would recommend this place to anyone. Especially those with a large family. The owners are very nice and accommodating! We really feel at home when we stay here!
