Visit this seaside retreat and relax. You can walk 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach. Actually we are located 5 bldgs from the ocean. If it gets too hot, leave your chair, go back to the house, relax and cool off, have lunch, or whatever! Maybe a beer!
This home is maintained and cleaned by the owner every week! You will find it to be very clean! If there is a problem, no problem. You never have to worry about being inconvenienced. We truly take care of our guests.Our cell number is given to every guests for emergencies or other.
The apartment/condo has very comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need.
Sit out on the large deck at night and relax looking at the ocean, the beautiful view of the stars, moon, or sunset. If you do not like the sand, you can sunbathe on the deck!
You can walk to all the shops, restaurants/bars, day spas, etc.
There is a bike rack if you would like to bike ride to everything. Rehoboth now has a bike path from Rehoboth to the town of Lewes. It is great for the children because there are no cars allowed. You can take the path from our seaside retreat, or gain access behind the Tanger outlet center where the Gap/J. Crew stores are located.
On the boardwalk you can visit the arcades, amusement rides, miniature golf, or just eat Grotto pizza or Thrashers Fries!! There are so many exciting things to do!!
No matter what you plan on doing you will love Rehoboth Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
My husband and I chose Rehoboth Beach, DE because it had the feel of a small town with values.
You could have guests stay and not have to worry about being close to a large highway. The town is small and quaint. The people are nice. The town has everything you would need if you do not want to move the car.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When staying here you will experience the enjoyment of listening to the sea gulls, walking the beach/boardwalk, or taking the little ones to the rides. You can stroll down to the beach, leave your chairs and blanket -go back- eat lunch, put the children down for a nap, and go back later. At night the best thing is to sit on the deck and gaze at the ocean. The most unique benefit of our beach home is how close we are to the beach/boardwalk, and rides. We are just far enough from the small busy town (four blks to ctr. of town) so we are not bothered by the noise, BUT far enough to walk there, if you wish to go enjoy all the benefits of the small town. It is truly a great beach location and beach home. I am so happy we chose our location.

Good pizza and good Nicobola's with ground beef and cheese, or spinach and cheese, they are so good--get sauce on the side

We are local owners, so we are close for any problems or questions. We love to travel. We have two grown girls. No grandchildren yet, just grand dogs!! We also have a Westie which is like our third child. We are do lovers!!

This is an excellent property to rent. It was our first time using VRBO and it was perfect. The unit was so clean and had all the little amenities that you could think of. Lovely decorations and so well maintained. The owners are available for questions and included all the information you could need in the unit. Great location so close to beach and just a few blocks to walk to Funland. The beach is not as crowded here and the outside shower removes the sand worries. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have stayed in a number of properties in Rehoboth, and this one was by far the best! It was everything as described and more. It was cheery, fresh, and clean. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and spacious, and the decor tasteful. The beach was very convenient and our favorite restaurant, a short walk. The balcony was great for both breakfast and dinner, with the beach visible, but private enough with its second-floor location. The owner was very helpful every step of the way, and even left a flowering plant for my sister's birthday! We would most definitely stay again, and highly recommend it to friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We did not have a good weather week but the house was wonderful. The kids loved it and it was convenient to all the beach fun. There was off street parking and you could literally park the car the entire week. A half block walk to the beach and bordwalk. The house was very clean and comfy as were the laundry room and outside showers. The owners were very nice. I would definatley rec. this location to a friend, I am certain we will be staying there again :o)
