Relaxing, refreshing and fun! Great spot for wintering, vacationing or gathering with friends and family. Port Charlotte is a community utilizing the draw to the water and sun- so plentiful in Florida. There is easy access to the tourist venues in this region of Florida, but remains a quieter community itself.
The house is in a neighborhood where families call Florida home. There is a canal, with dock in the back yard. It is fun to watch the tides move up and down the sea wall, fish or drop a crab cage into the water. The house is easy to get to, with proximity to grocery and other retail shopping - and at the same time, quiet and removed from bustle of daily life. A wonderful lanai stretches across the back of the house, where you will spend much of your time when you are at 'home'. This location would enhance anyone's time in Florida!
