We furnished our unit way above average, therefore our prices are firm. Building also has indoor hot tub & olympic sized heated pool. Covered parking, tennis courts on our floor, newest bldg on beach! Great location to
restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, golf, fishing, marinas, zoo,dolphin excursions.

This was a great condo. Furnished so well and so pretty. First time staying at the Phoenix West staying again next yr. Truely had a great time, kids loved it as well, grown kids. Jan was so easy to work with, Thanks for everything!!
