This professionally decorated condo is in the newest condo building in Orange Beach; 9th floor with the parking garage only one floor below; Flat screen TVs with DVD'S in living and bedrooms; decorated in light & bright colors, to exemplify beach living at its best--casually elegant is the decor, yet comfortable, even has a lazy boy recliner! plus comfort chair w/ottoman & 3 swivel chairs, perfect view. Master Suite boasts a King Size Bed double vanities, Walk in shower, Jetted Tub and Flat Screen TV. Guest Bedroom is a King Suite as well with a large bath, Flat Screen and room to spread out, third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed and also has a flat screen TV.
Middle of building--deck privacy-deck furniture is bar height to view ocean & beach east & west, lazy river & pool. Just outside the unit, also on the 9th floor is a tennis court for your use. We furnished our unit way above average, therefore our prices are firm. Building also has indoor hot tub & olympic sized heated pool. Covered parking, tennis courts on our floor, newest bldg on beach! Great location to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, golf, fishing, marinas, zoo,dolphin excursions.

Great unit- very comfortable for the adults and for the kids. We had everything we needed. Kids had a blast- easy to entertain them with great pools, the beach, and the tennis courts only steps away. Highly recommend Phoenix West and unit 905- what an awesome vacation!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This unit is off the charts! The unit itself is a complete 5 Star rating, anything you need will be in the unit except pool towels, so take those with you other than that it is ready to go. The owners were great to work with, I would recommend this unit to anyone, it is close to Adventure Paradise which is great for the kids, close to a Walmart but it is not a 24 hr. store so plan accordingly, across the road is Jake's Grill very good food. So why only 4 stars and not 5? Here is the reason, the security personal at the pool and lazy river, most were good and easy to deal with but there is always one and yes we lucked out and had him for most of our 10 day stay. He constantly griped about the wristbands to the point were it became annoying to the guest. He constantly griped at the kids for throwing a water ball in the pool even when nobody else was in the pool but he found it perfectly acceptable to get into the guest coolers and throw them beer while they were floating around in the lazy river. I found this extremely odd but then again the guest he was throwing the beer to were 5 very attractive females. I didn't approve of that especially with all the kids running around and not being able to play with there water toys in pool. So for the beer throwing security guard you get 4 Stars Phoenix West not 5.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

good stay..only two keys & needed three......only two parking passes & needed three...........was later able get third park pass......suggest code box as alternative to key issue......room very satisfactory. lu lu's water park & flora bama lots of fun places.......hazel's excellent breakfast ..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Sorry about keys but that is office polices and parking passes the association will only allow 2 per unit.

This was a great condo. Furnished so well and so pretty. First time staying at the Phoenix West staying again next yr. Truely had a great time, kids loved it as well, grown kids. Jan was so easy to work with, Thanks for everything!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
