I’m at Sea Oats today. Checking out a great little resort along Santa Rosa Boulevard. Out of the hustle and bustle and traffic jams of Destin, but close enough so that it’s easy to get to places. Sea Oats has been around for a while but it’s a great location, right on the beach and it’s really well maintained and has some really neat features.

The pool’s located right on the beachfront so you get the beach view even when you’re not on the beach. Plus it’s heated so you can enjoy it even in the off season. And there’s a hot tub too! You’ll find barbecue grills right there so a cookouts easy to do!

Plus the beach is really beautiful. You’re not gonna do any better in terms of a beach location because Sea Oats has one of the largest beachfronts on Okaloosa Island. And because you’re located on the east end of Destin you’re just 10 miles from Ft. Walton Beach too!

What a great location. You’re within 6 blocks of highway 98 with all the shopping and eateries you desire, if that is your thing. For the guys and gals there is a Bass Pro Shop with all your dream equipment to be a beach survivor. If your idea of a vacation to the beach is to spend the majority of your time on the beach and in the water, this is the place for you!

Here’s the scoop about your condo. Man is this place big!

It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It's the living space!

The LIVING ROOM sofa and love seat are really comfortable. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it, has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked.

Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection.


The MASTER BEDROOM’s set up with a full size and a twin bed so it’ll hold 3. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath’s something to see.

The 2ND MASTER has a king! Really roomy bedroom!

he KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a table for six so everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms, the bunk area and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 5 with 2 complete full baths.

Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Emerald Beach. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
