This BRAND NEW, beautifully decorated, spacious 923 square foot, 1 Bedroom condo with Bunk room has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! You will love the view from our 11th floor 30 foot balcony which is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a King-Size Canopy Bed with a top-of-the-line mattress, luxurious linens, and your choice of down or synthetic fill pillows. There are reading lamps on each of the 2 bedside tables and large armoire with a 37' Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Designer BLACKOUT DRAPES in both the bedroom and family room allow you to sleep late or take an afternoon nap. The Private Bathroom has a tub/shower and large vanity area. The roomy closet and drawers in the bedside tables and armoire allow enough room for your clothes so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase for a week.
BUNK ROOM
This is one of only a few units in Tidewater that has DOORS TO CLOSE OFF THE BUNK ROOM so you don't have to worry about waking up the kids after bedtime. The bunk room has Twin Bunk Beds plus its own Private Bath with tub/shower. There is a Washer and Dryer for your use so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes!
FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a Sleeper Sofa with a Queen Size Bed. There is a 42' Flat Screen TV with DVD player for your entertainment. Our large assortment of games and movies for children and adults will keep you busy on a rainy day or after dinner. We even have a Wii with a variety of games for younger kids, teens, and adults. There is also a nice collection of books to read while lying on the balcony, on the beach, or in bed. If you need to do some work or just want to surf the Web, Wireless Internet Access inside the unit is available at no additional cost.
KITCHEN
The FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN has everything you need from a microwave, coffeemaker, and blender to dishes and pots and pans for cooking or baking. A starter set of Starbucks coffee means you don’t have to go to the grocery store on your first night. You can cook all of your meals in your room after a fun day at the beach, or you can go out to one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Our unit is very Family Friendly. The floors and other surfaces are kept impeccably clean so you won’t have to worry about your baby or toddler crawling around on the floor. We have CHILD-PROOFED the unit with outlet covers and cabinet locks. A Pack N’ Play with full bassinet and an Infant/Toddler Feeding Seat are available for use. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with Children’s Dishes and Silverware. We have also provided a large bag of Sand Toys so you won’t have to take the sand back home with you. During the summer months the kids are entertained by the staff-provided 'Kids Club'. All kinds of beach activities are also available.
BEACH SERVICE is also included in the price. This includes a double chaise lounge chair and umbrella set-up to ensure a leisurely day at the beach.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. It is a first class resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. Two huge lagoon pools with hot tubs and Tiki bars, a 4300 sq ft fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 sq ft conference center, movie/media center, indoor pool, seven elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!
Tidewater is conveniently located less than a 1/2 mile from the new 900,000 square foot PIER PARK Shopping Village. Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. We absolutely loved this condo!! The price was very reasonable for such a beautiful place with furnishings fully loaded! Awesome view and comfy comfy bed!! We went for our honeymoon and bike rally. You could hear the motorcycles if you were in the kitchen/living room, but not loud at all! Very peaceful! Terri was extremely helpful and resourceful. Even left a sweet note to us on fridge saying "welcome hope y'all have a great honeymoon". We will definitely be staying here again! It was hard to leave!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our third time visiting this condo and everything was just as great as it was four years ago on our first visit. Everything was clean and well-maintained...and all the extras (baby gear, beach toys/boogie boards, beach towels, wii, games, books) make it a no-brainer for us! Owner is great to work with and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend for anyone!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family was so impressed with this beautiful condo! Even more amazing than the photos showed. The ocean view from the 11th floor was breathtaking as we enjoyed the large balcony. All the rooms had comfortable furniture & mattresses. This condo was very clean & well-supplied for guests. It was a perfect vacation get-a-way! The owners were very nice & gave so much information about activites, attractions & restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you Terri for sharing your beautiful condo. I am so thankful that we found you here on VRBO. It was absolutely wonderful. Loved everything about it, location, amenities, decor, and the view was absolutely breath taking. We had never been to PCB and are looking forward to going back next year. We were told by a local barber shop that we were on the family end and would have to agree. Pier Park is close enough that you could walk if wanted too. We found traffic on Front Beach Rd to be hectic at times but hey it was spring break and lots of young folks. We loved the Backyard Burgers & Angelo's Steak Pit. One of the better steaks we have had. We did Wonder Works one day and Ripley's the next, better deal to buy combo package but we did it in two days. Our two teenagers 16 & 19 enjoyed themselves as well. We also rented Scooter Coupe cars, just make sure you check out any damage before leaving as you would a rental car and I do suggest the additional insurance as it is a recreational vehicle and some auto policies wouldn't cover it as it would a rental car. We met some really great folks there from a town here in Ohio. They have traveled to PCB for the past 27 years and actually bought a place a few years back and plan to retire there in the next few years. Terri you made the whole process stress free with the rental of your condo and I would recommend you to anyone. You were prompt in response to communication and returning the deposit. Thank you! Excellent condo, we spent a week on our 25th wedding anniversary and had a great time. The weather was sunny but extremely cold and windy. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had a great view. The owner was extremely accommodating, she called us on the day of check-in when the condo was ready so that we could check-in early. She also called later in the visit to check on us and told us to call her if we needed anything. We will definitely go back to Panama City and will place this condo on the top of our list for places to stay and highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Panama City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had the most wonderful mini-vacation in this beautiful, well appointed, clean, and delightfully comfortable condo that contained every modern convenience! We walked the beautiful beach daily, (it was never crowded) Pier Park was a hop, skip and a jump and the restaurants were great! We look forward to a return visit and longer stay next time. I really can't think of anything we didn't like and would thoroughly recommend this condo. Working directly with Terri, the owner, was fantastic. She was friendly and professional. We got our deposit back within 2 days of our return home. We love the Florida Gulf Coast and PCB and would definitely return to this condo. What more can I say - highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Though (due to a family emergency) our stay was brief...it was everything we anticipated!! The condo was lovely.. clean, comfortable, well equiped, and had the most awesome ocean views! We were able to see dolphins and stingrays from our balcony, nearly every day. We love to walk, and found this the perfect location, in proximity to shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. Terri was such a dear to work with... so accomodating and helpful! We definitely will return !! Thank you Terri & Jeff!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had the time of our lives! We are so happy we chose this condo, it was perfect for us. It is very well maintained (clean and fresh!). It is very well stocked, nice beach towels,cookware,no junk! The view is amazing,sunset on the balcony..WOW! The bed is so comfortable it has inspired us to buy like it for ourselves! Waking to the sound of the ocean and the sun glistening off the water was very refreshing.The location is ideal,not too high(very windy)not too low(very noisy)located just right for a relaxing experience,nearby the elevator just far enough to not hear the traffic. Terri is very friendly and efficient,after payment she sent all the information we needed for our stay along with a list of places to go which was nice.And prompt return of deposit..really nice! The location of the property is great .we went jet skiing we recommend AAA jet ski, he gave us the key and pointed where to go "shell island" we liked the freedom others want to take you in groups or drop you off there, he just said "see ya in three hrs". this was the most fun we have ever had together! Pier Park was nice to walk around and the imax theater was fun. miniature golf was a blast! And it was nice just to cruise around and see the sights. We drove down to Saint Joseph's state park, a long but Beautiful drive with plenty of good stops along the way. We will recommend this place to everyone! We look forward to returning to it ourselves.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights in November 2012. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked with wii games, DVDs, board games, and beach toys for the kids. Our children loved the bunk beds and really enjoyed their time at this condo. Terri is easy to work with. We received our deposit check in the mail within a couple days returning from the vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We have been married for fifteen years and have boy/girl twins who are 6 years old. We are both from the South and currently live in Georgia. We are very hands-on owners and will do everything we can to make sure your stay is unforgettable!
Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort:
We took the kids down to the beach for the first time in 2008 and had a great time. We stayed at Tidewater and immediately started thinking about buying a condo that we could use for future trips and as an investment to help pay for the kids' college when the time comes. We really like the sandy, white beaches in Panama City Beach and the close location of Tidewater to Pier Park is ideal. We also liked that Tidewater is on the quieter west end of the beach but still close enough to all the attractions.

We tried really hard when setting up this condo to make it luxurious enough for a honeymoon, but also comfortable for a family. We have added alot of extras that will make our guests feel right at home and hopefully even more pampered and relaxed than at home!
