WOW!!! When your family enters this oceanfront condo, you will feel the stress and pressure melt away. This vacation condo is new and decorated with designer furniture. Park your car in one of your two assigned spaces (one is covered) and walk easily to the free beaches, the restaurants and clubs, or Wildwood’s other famous attractions. This is the newest and most prestigious resort in the Wildwoods. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktails on the large balcony in utter relaxation. Take in the sun, the ocean views and breezes, and the pleasure of oceanfront living.
VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES
This new building has secure entry and elevators. Its heated pool, hot tub, and sun deck are only steps from your front door. Your vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large kitchen with gas range/stove, and huge living and dining areas that open to the oceanfront balcony. All of the luxury furnishings are new and include a large flat-screen HDTV (with DVD) in the living area and flat-screen HDTV/DVD’s in each of the three bedrooms. Your beautiful vacation home comes complete with new washer/dryer. The kitchen has ceramic tile floor, premium cabinet and work space, breakfast/lunch bar, gourmet stainless steel appliances, and lots and lots (and lots and lots) of small appliances and utensils.
The master bedroom has its separate, full bathroom, a jacuzzi bath, king bed, and direct access to the balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. A comfortable, full-size pullout sleeper sofa is in the living area. Secure your bicycles and beach gear in your locked storage area. Maintain your workout regimen in the fully equipped exercise room with treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines, dumbbells, and other equipment.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
Clubs and restaurants featuring everything from gourmet cuisine to casual fare are within easy walking distance, as are the historic Hereford Lighthouse and its incredible Victorian Gardens. Nearby attractions include the free beaches, the world famous Wildwood boardwalk, Victorian Cape May, the Cape May Zoo, numerous regulation and miniature golf courses, and nature preserves that protect and feature huge populations of shore and migratory birds and other sea life. From your beautiful vacation home, you can enjoy whale and dolphin watching, fishing, birding, beachcombing, sunbathing, running, walking, and biking. Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
My husband has been in North Wildwood every summer from 1952 to date (missing only 1988) and we absolutely love North Wildwood, its free beaches, the Boardwalk, and the many great restaurants. His family came here for 3 - 4 weeks each summer when he was an infant through his teen years. After that, he and I have visited North Wildwood every summer except 1988. Call us and we'll tell you what happened in 1988.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are steps from the free beaches. We are easy walk to Flip Flopz, Tiki Topz, Westy's, Keenan's, etc., in the North Wildwood Entertainment District. Only a couple blocks from Claude's - great French restaurant that earned rave reviews from NYT. Great fun sitting on balcony at night and watching folks stroll by to the pubs and restaurants. Lovely strolling through the Victorian Gardens at the Hereford Lighthouse. Minutes from Cape May Zoo, Stone Harbor bird refuge, and Cape May birding areas. Able to walk or run on 1.5 mile flat seawall right outside condo building, workout in our well-equipped exercise room, ride your bikes all over the Wildwoods, and go walking on the Boardwalk.

We'ver rented condos and houses up and down the East Coast adn we'ver never felt "at home" like we did at your place. It's obvious you took the time & effort to make your guests feel like they're staying in their own home. Combine the view and you have the perfect vacation!! The ability to walk to local restaurants, shops, bars; to walk out to the beach; to walk or short drive to the Boardwalk; to rent bicycles; or to sit on balcony and enjoy the sunrise & ocean. Nothing short of fantastic!

I knew I was "home" when I saw all the wine glasses!! Your condo is amazing - all the creature comforts. As you know, I spent all my summers at the Wildwoods - the last 25 years in North Wildwood. While I was sad to see Moore's go, the Pointe is a spectacular replacement. We had a fantastic time. Everything about your condo is fabulous. The furniture and decor is that of a "real" home, not what you usually find in a summer rental. Thank you for letting us rent your home!

We so enjoyed our stay in your beautiful and spacious condo. It's a lovely view to wake up to each morning. We did a lot of cooking in and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Decor and painting technique are lovely -- homey, charming -- not like so many rentals! Really lovely. We certainly enjoyed it!

Thanks so much for allowing our family to enjoy your condo. The condo is amazing! The pool was great, the hot tub was fantastic, and the views were beautiful. We walked every morning on the sea wall and watched the waves and sea gulls. The beach was so great and close. The kids loved it! We were close to everything or a short drive to Cape May and Stone Harbor. Shopping!!!!!! Hope to come back again!

You have a beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching everyone from the balcony. What can we say but, "We love your place!" It feels like you are at a vacation resort in the Caribbean! We had great, "hot" weather and we enjoyed fireworks on the boardwalk. It was a great way to celebrate our 25th anniversary!
