  This condo was wonderful ! Beautifully decorated and extremely clean.....all the comforts of home. We loved the view from the balcony! A great touch was the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas....just grab your beach bag, and go. My sisters and myself come to Destin every May....this is by far, one of the best condos we have ever stay at! Thanks, Sherri and Jim

  We have stayed in this unit numerous times and plan to continue when our vacations are in Destin. I can't imagine being able to find a better place. Jim & Sherry go out of there way to ensure everything exceeds your vacation expectations. We've already booked our next vacation here.

  We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this condo. Condo is very well maintained . There was absolutely nothing we expected that was not provided. We have vacationed several times in Destin and plan on doing so again next year. This prpperty is close to shopping outlets, shopping centers and many good restaurants. We have been to several beaches around the world and the beaches here are as fine as and better than most we have seen elsewhere. We would highly recomend this property to our friends.

  Had a wonderful time in Destin, Condo was very nice. The bunk room is for small children. We had a 20 year old and it was too small, but managed anyway. Food was great at all the locations we visited, the brochures helped that were in the condo. Jim and Sherry were very helpful. There were extra chairs and floats and toys for the ocean which was Great! Having the four chairs every day was very nice. Ben was our beach attendant and he was very nice. Can't wait until we can return. There was no coffee filters in the condo, those would be nice to have for guest since we did not know what coffee maker was inside.

  Owner response: Glad to receive the review. The bunk room was designed for children, but it does have a full size twin mattress on the bottom bunk and a 6 foot person can sit on the bottom mattress and not hit the upper bunk. We do have two large king suites for adults. We were the first to offer two sets of beach service for our guest and it seems to have been a hit. I am sure others in the complex will follow our lead next year. Glad our guest had a great visit and hope to have them back in the future.

  Condo was beautiful, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs came with it. Closet full of children's toys, floats. Great location very family friendly beach. loved it, will return.

  Owner response: This year we wanted to provide more value to our rental program and added an extra set of beach service for our guest.   My wife and I have stayed at Jim and Sherry's condos for many years and always find them to be among the nicest pet friendly condos in Destin. They are always decorated beautifully and well equiped and impeccably cleaned and maintained. We have stayed in several different units in Beach Retreat and it has become a favorite complex for the convenience, the great beach and the view. Beach retreat 409 was the perfect size for our group with a spacious, comfortable layout. And Jim's decision to provide two sets of umbrellas and chairs worked out great, giving us a prime spot on the beach. Of course we will be back .....many times.

  Great location,awesome views of the beach!! Our family had a great time, even the four legged ones. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Plenty of room. The bunk area was not good for anyone who is claustrophobic . So we made sleeping adjustments and all was great!!! Thanks for having two sets of beach umbrellas and four chairs. Worked out great for our family group of six. Golfing was great!! Food awesome,a little pricey,but expected. Would stay their again if we get the chance. Everything was clean and neat inside and out around the complex. Thanks for bringing the extra car pass to us. Lots of fun stuff to do and beautiful views just hanging out on the patio !!! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

  If you're looking for someplace that is away from home but everything you're used to, clean, modern, well furnished and well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook, dine and entertain, this is the place... Plus the design and layout are wonderful... The view from the balcony is just amazing.. Doesn't get better than this, ANYWHERE...

  Thanks for another outstanding Destin vacation. The weather was absolutely perfect this year to go along with the fantastic accommodations provided. We really appreciated the extra beach umbrella/chairs this year, as everyone in our party had a place to comfortably sit at the beach. It's these added touches that make renting from you a pleasure. It still amazes me how nice BR409 is and you guys are always doing something to make it even better. There are many different choices to stay in Destin, but for us, there is only one.

  Owner response: In addition to adding some new interior upgrades, we also wanted to add some exterior upgrades, so TWO sets of beach chairs seemed appropriate. These condos were purchased so others could enjoy, as we have never spent a night in this condo. However, we do live in a neighboring community, thus get to enjoy the area every day.

  We had an excellent stay in Destin. The room was gorgeous. It had everything that we needed. There were a lot of things that we would have not needed to bring because the room provided it (Beach chairs, toys, rafts, kids books and dvd's, etc.) We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future. Our cocker spaniel, Zoe, wants to especially thank you for letting her stay!!!! Also, our girls loved the bunk beds (even though they were too little yet to sleep on the top bunk). The one and only complaint that we had was that the condo stated it had a heated pool and it was not heated. In fact, it was freezing cold. We could not get in the pool all week long. Even our children would not get in it because it was so cold. That was disappointing because our kids love the pool. Other than that, we loved our room and stay!!!
