  This was our first time renting through VRBO & staying in Fort Myers Beach, hopefully not our last. Linda was very responsive & personable when answering our questions prior to signing the contract. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The description & pictures were accurate, although the view of the beach is better in person! Linda stocked the kitchen with every gadget possible. My husband & I telecommuted from this unit & we never had a connectivity issue. We loved the north end of the island. It is roughly 1 mile to walk to Times Square, either by beach or sidewalk. We never felt the need to take the trolley. We felt very comfortable even walking back to the condo at night. We also enjoyed daily walks through Bowditch Park. Seeing dolphins was an added bonus. We look forward to the day we can return to this unit.

  My wife and I stayed here the first week of April. The condo was very nice. The location was perfect as the beach is not very crowded at the north end. You are only a short walk (or trolley ride) from the main hub of activity at Times Square, but far enough away that it is quiet in the night time. We had a great week in Fort Myers Beach.

  Just returned from this unit. The description of the condo was just as advertised. One thing to note is the absolutly accomodating attitude of the owners. They went above and beyond the call. The beach view was beautiful and the sunsets amazing. The location is the last developement on the North end of the island which makes it very very quiet, yet only one mile from the center of town. On my drive home I was contemplating my return to this unit. It was well appointed from the furnishings, the kitchen, the beach chairs and even a small cooler to take drinks to the beach. The pool was always clean and quiet. If you are looking for a quiet, well located, on the beach condo, do not hesitate to rent this one. I have no regrets, except having to go back to work. I will return!

  My husband and I spent the month of February in this lovely condo. It is exactly what the pictures show and just perfect for a relaxing, beachy vacation. Clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy. It is located on the end of the island so it is quiet but it is under a mile to the town center so it is great for walks to the pier and socializing. The owners are just wonderful and we WILL be back :-)

  My husband and I spent our first winter vacation on Fort Myers Beach the first week of February. We couldn't have been more pleased with this vacation rental. The owner promptly answered all my questions prior to booking. The description of the unit was accurate, and it did provide a wonderful view of the beach and Sanibel Island. Everything that we needed was provided in the unit and it was in a very quiet location on the north end of the island. We didn't use the trolley service, but it did pick up in front of the building and went the length of the island and even off the island. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance and many other good ones a short drive away. There are many things to do in the area including a day cruise to Key West, the Everglades, shelling on Sanibel Island, the Edison/Ford estates tour, and home of the MN Twins Spring Training. I would recommend this rental to anyone that wants a quiet get away in sunny Florida.
