Pink Shell Vacation Villas is the first building at the North end of Estero Island at Bowditch Point (Not part of Pink Shell Resort). One bedroom first floor condominium unit (elevated above the sand) on Fort Myers Beach. Unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, the beach, causeway, and main channel for pleasure boats, shrimp boats and small ships coming and going from the harbor (binnoculars provided.) Spectacular sunsets, lights from Sanibel at night (not just another black horizon!)
Immediately adjacent to the Pink Shell Resort (Four Star) with restaurants,shops,spa,sailing school, and boat rentals open to the public. Easy walking to the "Times Square" area of shops, bars & restaurants, or take the trolley - it stops at the front door. Security screen door to let the breeze through, or take the beach chairs, umbrella & cooler (provided) straight to the sand. Walk a few short steps past the pool to the beach. On the beach, take a right turn to a passive beach park with small concession stand, or walk to the left for seven miles of white sandy beach.
Swim, fish, sail, golf, movies, the pier, shopping and much more right on the island. Avoid the seasonal traffic hassles with easy on and off North end of Estero Island. FREE, fast & secure Wi-Fi wireless internet (this unit only.)
