Golf and Tennis is included for the one time $424 membership dues. Vasari is an award winning Gordon Lewis Golfcourse community located on Livingston Rd at the Collier/Lee County line. Our Clubhouse offers wonderful food and many social events throughout the season. We are 3-4 miles to Barefoot and Bonita Beaches.

Our 1765 square foot professionally decorated "Old Florida Style" Condo provides deluxe amenities and is located in a most convenient location across from the Trieste Pool/Hot Tub and BBQ grills. The view from our Lanai overlooks the lake and tee box of hole #12. Our location makes for entertaining morning coffee in the lanai watching golfers tee off as well as wildlife on our beautiful lake. At nighttime we have a view of the lit clocktower at Tuscany Reserve. The Trieste Pool is visible from our front porch but far enough away to allow for peace and quiet.

With the new opening of Livingston/Imperial Road to the Fort Myers Airport, Vasari is convenient, without traffic congestion, to restaurants and shops at Coconut Pointe in Estero as well as Downtown Naples. If you choose to travel I-75 we are West off Exit 116 toward the beaches, then South at Imperial/Livingston Rd. Across from Mediterra.

We offer WIFI throughout our home and also HD Cable for our 42" LCD TV which you can watch while relaxing in our leather recliners. We have 3 additional TV's in our condo, one in each bedroom and another in the den. The den has a sleeper sofa, TV, and desk area. We also have a Bose Ipod Sounddock and DVD Player.


Vasari has tennis and golf leagues available, as well as many social events at our beautiful clubhouse for long term renters included in your membership.

We also have a fitness center located at the clubhouse pool. The aquatic golf practice facility is available to all guests.

If you rent our Vasari home May through October your membership will include over 40 reciprocal golf courses including Tiburon, Olde Cypress, & Fiddlers Creek just to name a few.

  • I enjoyed my stay at Vassari very much. The condo was comfortable, decorated beautifuly, and a joy to be in. It is bright and airy and the location by the pool is a plus. I enjoyed the view from the porch and slept soundly in the magnificent master bedroom. I look forward to my return this year

  • Our vacation in Naples was made even better by our stay at this beautiful condo. Every room is comfortable and obviously professionally decorated. The layout affords privacy in both bedroom areas. The view from the screened porch overlooks the lake and golf course. Morning coffee there is so relaxing. We hated to see our vacation end. We will definitely return to this condo the next time we visit Naples.
