The North Shore Pupukea Estate is located in a quiet, secluded area on the North Shore of Oahu called Pupukea and is nestled in the Koolau Mountains just above Waimea Bay. Pupukea is between 800-1000-feet elevation so it is much cooler than being directly on the ocean, and you get those soft trade winds.
This beautiful, island home is in a private and secluded setting surrounded by tropical gardens and fruit trees on an acre of land. You have ocean view ... and on a clear day you can see the island of Kauai. The floors are all tile. High hard wood ceiling. There are three bedrooms with queen & king-size beds, flat screen TV's with cable and premiere channels, and shared bath which has a tub/shower combination. The Master Bedroom has a California king bed and a Master Bath with shower. The Master Bedroom has its own private TV which gets oceanic cable and has a DVD player as well.
There is a gourmet kitchen for those who love to cook which includes an electric range cook top, oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, , island, and a full-size stainless steel refrigerator. There is also an outside, gas barbecue. The kitchen and living rooms are very pleasant and comfortable with large windows looking out to the ocean.
All rooms in the house are very tastefully decorated, and the living room offers a large-screen TV/DVD player and cable. Aprivate computer and desk for guests along with inkjet printer are there for your use. There is a ceiling fans in each room. There is a lanai for outside dining and entertaining. There is a private phone line and washer and dryer.
Large, tropically landscaped yard great for relaxing and enjoying Hawaii's great weather. Ideal for children to explore the many fruit trees and lush gardens.
Smoking is permitted outside.
