We would highly recommend this property...clean, quiet, accessibilty to pool and the area is wonderful, well stocked with necessary dishes, linens anything you may need. We loved it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The condo was exactly as described. Very nice and comfortable. The area was clean and quiet. The pool was right outside the door. Easy access to expressways. Would have liked room darkening drapes in the bedroom and a map of area restaurants. This was a great find.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

I was very pleased with everything about the condo and would highly recommend to others. It was nicely designed, very clean with comfortable furniture. The pictures are accurate and up to date. Thanks so much to Joe for his help.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The condo was clean, well maintained, and comfortable for our family of six (parents, kids, grandson). Would be good for two couples. It's in a quiet area. The pool is convenient, and during our stay in late September, we were the only ones there when we used it. A car is necessary, but all kinds of shopping and restaurants are close by. Our stay was only three days to attend a family event. We would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was as described in the listing as were the photos. It was well maintained, clean and it was very easy to contact the owner about anything. The owner was very accomodating. Would definitely consider staying here again.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My sister and I recently spent a week at this condo and we enjoyed it immensely....the owner has thought of everything, definitely well stocked with whatever one would need or want and what a nice touch to have colored sheets and towels!! The unit was very clean and very comfortable, the location was great with malls and restaurants within a short drive and the pool area is within steps of the patio!!! We would definitely rent here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My sister and I spent a week at this condo and it exceeded our expectations. The listing description and photos accurately portrayed the property, but it was even nicer seeing it "in person". It would be the perfect place to spend a few months. The condo was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, with lots of storage space. The beds were comfortable and the laundry room conveniently located off the master bedroom. We stayed at this condo in mid-May and we virtually had the pool to ourselves as well as the patio area and backyard...super! The patio has comfy furniture and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Although not within walking distance, several restaurants, shops and the mall are nearby. Joe, the owner, was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe "home-away-from-home".Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fountain of the Sun condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked for gourmet cooking and outdoor grilling. The beds are comfortable and the pool is steps away from the patio door. The condo is spatious with lots of storage space. It is a 10 minute walk to the Fountain of the Sun activity centre and main pool where you can keep busy all day! The owners are friendly and available if you need them.
