Downstairs Bedroom has two twin beds with a connecting full bath. Great Room downstairs has two couches with pull out beds and the sunroom has another single bed. Outdoor shower.
Yard has a full size bocci court, horseshoe pit and a private dock for fishing.
40 Minutes to Assateague Island- See the wild herd of wild ponies made famous by Marguerite Henry's book "Misty of Chincoteague". Call Chincoteague National Wildlife Refute Visitor Center at 757-336-3696 for more details. 30 Minutes to historic Berlin Maryland & 45 minutes to the downtown shops at Rehobeth and Bethany Beach in Delaware.
