Welcome to BeachMe ! Located in Dunes Estates, a 12 home gulf-side community on the south (beach) side of Hwy 30-A. This beautifully furnished beach home is ready for you.... to relax and enjoy. The private, heated community pool and tennis courts are steps from your door. A short stroll and you are on the beautiful white sandy beaches.
On the ground floor is the living room with new sleeper sofa and new LCD TV. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops, stainless refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. A ground floor bedroom and bath has been outfitted with the children in mind, but suited for any guests. A full bed and bunks accommodate three or four small ones. The master suite ( king bed ) and guest suite ( queen bed )are on the second floor. Each features its own private bath and deck with beautiful views... perfect for morning coffee. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sinks. New full size washer and dryer.
The third floor tower room has a full size sofa and wet bar with its own refrigerator. Extra built in bunks as well are a favorite. You will spend hours enjoying the stunning Gulf views,sunsets, and evening stars from the tower room deck !
Cheerful new bedding throughout with wood floors in all living areas. The living room and all bedrooms (including bunk room) have LCD TV's with DVD's. There is ample parking.
You will especially enjoy the newly built, private, fully enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower.
Don't leave your canine family member at home! We are one of very few pet friendly rentals in the area. Your well behaved pet is welcome with prior approval. Pets will enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the area. Pet owners will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a quiet subdivision and no busy streets. Local pet ordinances and pet fees apply.
Restaurants of all types can be found close by. Golf courses and shopping of all types. There is something for everyone.
Location! Location! Location! Spend the day on the beach or relax with a book. Once you tire of the beach, take a dip in the pool or relax on one of the FIVE porches and decks. You are only minutes away from the towns of Seaside and Rosemary Beach, where shopping, strolling and dining await. There are outdoor concerts and movies in the summer. Art and wine festivals, too !
Play a round of golf in the morning at one of the many nearby top rated courses or spend an afternoon visiting local shops and restaurants. Fisherman and kayakers will enjoy the variety of the ocean and adjacent lakes. The best of both worlds. Finish off the day by enjoying the fiery sunset from the tower deck. Grill your favorite dinner while the kids play. It is all here and waiting for you at BeachMe !

Why the Owner Chose Dunes Estate
We have spent many years visiting the surrounding areas and decided that the 30-A area is our favorite. We love that the buildings are all just a few stories high, we love the bike paths and coastal dune lakes. The white sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters are unparalleled.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home has beautiful gulf views and sounds of the surf. The tower room with wet bar and fridge and tower deck are favorites. We have easy close beach access with no busy roads between us and the beach. We enjoy pool and tennis courts and proximity to Seaside and Rosemary. Also, our hot and cold private outdoor shower functions as a fourth bath ! BeachMe is a great house !

We stayed at Beach Me 11/7/09 - 11/11/09. Everything was excellent even with Tropical Storm Ida coming ashore in the middle of our trip. The owners provide a lot of information about the area and house is very comfortable. Great location for running, walking your dog and going to the beach. The beach is a short walk away, there is a small heated pool and we had a bike at the house. We enjoyed grilling out and going to Cafe 30A. Also, enjoyed spending some time at Seaside and drinking mimosas from Modica Market. Everything you need is within just about 10-15 minutes of driving.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

I have rented at least 15 different houses over the years in this area. BeachMe is the best!! Comfortable, clean, beautiful view, and it feels very private. George's restaurant is a must. Of course, cooking shrimp, etc in the kitchen at BeachMe is a dream, as well! I will be back asap. Thanks!!!!!!!!
