Very affordable. We really enjoyed our stay and our dogs LOVED the yard to be able to play. Made for a pleasant time. Close to the freeway and any sightseeing you wanted to check out.

Rob's cottage was perfect for a summer getaway with my two dogs. The renovated cottage was comfortable and charming, and the large shaded property was perfect for relaxing with a cool drink or book, while the doggies safely played. I particularly loved the central location, that put all of Colorado Springs within a few minutes away. The assistance when needed by Rob was prompt and efficient, and most appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property.
Owner response:Thanks Joan. Hope to see you next year. Thanks, Rob

The house was perfect! My husband and I came out to make our elderly mother a Thanksgiving she wouldn't forget; the kitchen had everything to make the traditional dishes for a big Thanksgiving dinner. The house is better than pictured and it is so comfortable and relaxing. There are many homey features including the fireplace which was wonderful for us Florida folks. I would recommend this home to everyone. It's close to all the attractions and freeway. We will definately look to see if it's available on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

Our family of four enjoyed a snowy week in Rob's house on Uintah. It's a great small home on a nice large city lot with convenient off-street parking, and is centrally located near Colorado College and the Olympic Training Center. The house has everything you need for a wonderful get away. It's been nicely remodeled on the inside, and comfortably furnished. It was extremely clean, and was very well appointed. It has a great kitchen with all the appliances you need for a simple meal or a gourmet meal for ten! We cooked in every night, enjoyed the flat-screen TV and stereo, and were completely hooked up with wireless internet access. Rob provides toiletries, paper towels, and we even had sandwich bags and plastic wrap for our left overs. Rob was great to work with, and we're already looking forward to our next stay.

We spent an entire month at this property and found it just as represented on the VRBO listing. The property was clean, well maintained and fit our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with many supplies; all appliances were in great working order. Since we were there during a winter month, the owner kept all walks free of snow and was available for any questions we might have. We would highly recommend the property to others.

wonderful location near downtown, bike path, quiet neighborhood, shady big yard. We had everything we needed in kitchen, bathroom, TV, cookout, bedrooms. Enough room for our gang; 3 adults, 2 children, May need a wine opener :-) I meant to get one but forgot.

This is a nicely appointed small property. While it says it sleeps 4-6 because there is a fold out couch in living room, I would not use the couch unless absolutely necessary - very uncomfortable, like most fold outs. But, the owners have decorated with lots of nice details and it makes for a great atmosphere. There is also a very nice fenced yard and patio. I am not real happy with the 10:00 check out and no allowance for late check out if needed. I would stay there again anytime - one of the nicest little rentals I have seen.
