Our spacious, open and airy home is situated on a quiet residential circle in Emerald Pines located in beautiful South Fort Myers. The location of this home offers something for everyone. A short drive will take you to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Traveling to bigger cities such as Tampa or Miami are only a few hours away, Sarasota is one hour, and you can be in Naples in less than 30 minutes.
Waking up and walking out to the screened lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, watching the birds fly around the blue skies and the fish jump in the lake is true paradise. There are pocket sliding glass doors from the eat-in kitchen area, the formal living room and master bedroom which make all of the wondrous views accessible to everyone.
The family room offers wall-to-wall carpeting in a large open area complete with TV (satellite dish),DVD and VCR, ceiling fan, couch (recliners on both ends), love seat (recliners on both seats) and two rocker recliner chairs. This room also offers views of the lake and lanai area.
The kitchen/breakfast area is fully functional with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric can opener, toaster, electric mixer, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, ice/water dispenser, walk-in pantry and every dish, bowl and pan you could need. There is a table with a total of 6 chairs for you to relax in while eating your morning breakfast, or any other meal. The kitchen/breakfast area is fully tiled and offers beautiful views of the pool and lake area from two large screened windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai.
The formal living area is fully carpeted and has a couch and lounge chair, two end tables, a coffee table and small wicker hutch. The triple sliding doors open onto the lanai and offer spectacular views of the pool and lake.
The formal dining area is fully carpeted and has a formal dining table with two extra leaves, six chairs and china hutch.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, small shelf set, armoire, bureau, ceiling fan, two walk-in closets and wall-to-wall carpeting. The tiled bathroom has a shower stall, his and her sinks and a separate toilet area with a tall cabinet filled with linens and towels.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, two night stands, chest of drawers, small sitting bench, louver-door closets, carpeting and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, two night stands, bureau, louver-door closets, carpeting and ceiling fan.
Guest Bathroom is tiled, has one sink, mirror, linen closet and shower/tub.
Utility room has a top loading washer and front loading dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and broom and other assorted cleaning supplies.
The screened lanai has a table with six chairs, two lounge chairs, another table with four chairs, two ceiling fans and a fantastic view of the lake. The pool can be heated with our efficient solar heat whenever you choose to use it.

Nov 01-Apr 30 .. $1050/week .. $4000/month.
Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit and completed lease form.
Full balance (including deposit) is due one month prior to arrival date. Rate
includes the final cleaning and all taxes due.
***$300.00 deposit will be repaid upon clean inspection after departure.
