The luxurious 5 bedroom and 3.5 bath home is on 35 wooded acres overlooking several of the 14'ers to the West and the mountain ranges to the North. The home has a spacious living area with a Wood-Burning stone fireplace open to the huge dining area and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom and bath are on the main level. Downstairs there is a work-out area and a second spacious living area with a. The fifth bedroom a huge game room that has another fireplace and a media room. The fifth bedroom and another full bath is located on this level. Three of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds.

You will have 35 wooded and private acres to hike and explore right outside your door.
You will be in the heart of all outdoor activities in the Rocky Mountains. You will be 25 minutes from world-class skiing in Breckenridge and Keystone and 30 minutes from Buena Vista with the best snowmobiling trails in Colorado. If snowshoeing to a ghost town sounds like fun, you will be in the right place. Nearby Boreas Pass and Alma offer mining ghost towns to hike or snowshoe to. Buena Vista is the location of the famous ghost town of St. Elmo. Whatever your outdoor hobby may be, it will be close by. The best fishing in Colorado includes nearby Jefferson Lake, Tarrayall Reservoir, Lake Antero, Lake George, and Eleven-Mile Reservoir. All offer ice-fishing in the winter as well. This area is considered one of the best for hunting with large herds of elk and deer. As for shopping you can choose from the antique stores in nearby Como, Fairplay, and Buena Vista or the outlet malls in Silverthorne.
