  Our condo was on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular. It is a completely furnished unit, we lacked nothing except a modem for the computer, then found out later a cable should have been available, so either it is missing or we overlooked it. The garden rooftop was great, twice we had dinner up there and watched the sunset. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Unit #606 is by far the nicest cond we have stayed in on Maui (out of 7 different visits and condos). The location and view are excellent. The access to the beach and Kihei is very nice. You get a great view of the sunsets from the lanai or rooftop and you can snorkel with the turtles that hang out in front of the complex every morning. The condo itself is very nice inside and has premium apliances in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

  Unit 606 is a very nice condo! We enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the lanai is beautiful, and we could see the turtles in the water everyday. The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality cooking utensils. There was a cupboard on the lanai with all sorts of chairs, beach mats and toys. The Royal Mauian grounds are immaculate and the roof-top BBQ's are a very nice ammenity. The adjacent beach is a very nice beach, though not so great for very young children (the surf is a little rough for them to go in on their own). You can snorkel in front of the Royal Mauian (for free!!!) The only complaints we had with our stay was the AC was a bit finicky to get the right temperature, and they need some more dish cloths...the 3 cloths in the unit smelled like mildew (consider bringing your own)! We will stay again!

  Owner response: Great comment and truly appreciated. We will put more dish cloths in the unit, so you would not need to bring your own if you would be renting with us in the future.

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Royal Mauian condo's. 1st time in this unit it was great, the views the pool as per normal not busy, the beach heaven, the condo has everything you need for a hassle free vacation. The only thing I would say is the a/c needed to be around 70 not 76 it was a bit warm at night times!!

  Fantastic condo! The decor and furnishings were top notch. The view was super, seen many whales and turtles right out front of the pool. Friendly atmosphere, warm uncrowded pool. Highly recommend!
